I went to this hospital with severe burning pain radiating down my back and my right arm going numb. The NP (Chelsea) came in while the intake nurse was taking my vitals and asked what was going on and I explained it to her. No real examination, never seen a doctor, was sent back out in the waiting room, then called back to where my blood pressure was taken and given a shot of medication. They sent me back out in the lobby after the shot. Ten minutes later a nurse called me over gave me discharge papers. Never heard from a doctor or the NP again. I explained to the nurse I was still in severe pain and something is not right. Nurses response was the medication hasn’t started working, it will in 30 minutes and sent me on my way. Ridiculous.

I've never had a truly bad experience whenever I've gone to Navicent, but I have to say that the whole place, especially the lobby is absolutely FREEZING COLD! 🥶I went there today and it was so cold that I actually felt sick! Feels more a morgue than a lobby. A dead person would be totally comfortable here. ⚰️ ♥️ 👍 I bet it snows inside in summer, too! LOL ☃️

I would give lower but it doesn’t go that far. My daughter was taken here by ambulance due to swollen legs and arms possibly related to her heart. The nurses found out she was in rehab and that she was an IV drug user and then they began treating her like she was scum. I pray for them that they never have to go through a family member with an addiction. It’s awful on the person and family but to go somewhere to try and get help then they are treated like this. No wonder wonder there overall is 2.6 someone needs to have a course in compassion.

If I could give negative stars I would. I've been sitting in this waiting room with my 82 year old father going on 6 HOURS. People that came in after us have gone back & some even done. No one can give me a time frame or tell me why others are being seen before my dad. There is something seriously wrong with our health system already, but the word here is EMERGENCY. Seems to be lost on these folks here. Can't wait to see the actual medical staff, so far, not feeling warm fuzzies.

I recently had an experience at Atrium Health Navicent Peach that left much to be desired. The wait times were significantly longer than expected, and I felt there was a lack of communication regarding the delays. Additionally, the facility seemed understaffed, which affected the level of care provided.

I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, so I hope my experience can help highlight areas that need attention. Improving communication and reducing wait times would greatly enhance patient satisfaction. I would appreciate seeing these changes implemented for the benefit of all patients.
And dear God please consider filling new positions for the head manager AND COOK for the cafeteria there they suck!!

I went to this hospital after falling out of my bathroom tub. The Dr or what you want to call. He did not examine me nonetheless or anything. He kept his hand in his pockets. He never came back to tell me what was wrong with me, nor did he tell me I'm going home. The nurse did more to help than the so-called doctor. He needs to be fired. I will never go to Atrim Hospital in Byron.

Kimberly Jenkins is the absolute worst NP. I almost lost my niece due to her negligence. She completely ignored my niece’s issues and it ended up almost costing my niece’s life. My niece is under 10 and she almost went into a coma behind the actions of this woman. Do not go to this place unless you want to plan a funeral the next day.

This hospital is totally outstanding. If I could change anything. I might would ensure people working up front was my best greeters. But other than that. I would give it a A plus
