Dr. Bryant and his staff were wonderful. From my very first phone call, the team was so friendly and kind. They scheduled my son in a timely manner for the consult and then scheduled the procedure. Going to the doctor always stinks. With that said Dr. Bryant and his awesome office staff make it truly painless. Dr. Bryant not only handles your visit promptly, which is not common at all Doctor visits, he handles it with care. He makes sure you understand everything that is about to happen and also makes sure you are completely comfortable. His office staff is spectacular, they truly make you feel comfortable. It’s hard to imagine having a better experience at the Doctor. Thanks for everything you guys have done to make my visits easy .

I am very pleased with the service provided by Dr. Bryant and his staff. Every visit has been a good experience and everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Pam & Carrie were very helpful in providing answers to questions I had after foot surgery. The young lady who took my x-rays and the other lady who prepped my mom for Dr. Bryant are also very personable and kind. Every appointment has been timely and I appreciate how they value me as a person and patient.

I must say Dr. Bryant's staff serve with excellence. After my appointment was established, I did not have to do anything else. I received calls from Carrie regarding my appointments, my insurance forms, and my employer medical forms. She was on point and knew exactly what to do. Pam has a comforting spirit when you speak with her anytime you visit and talk with her. I give them all a STANDING OVATION for their professionalism and knowledge. Dr. Bryant is the best ever. Love the way he has you to come to the office every other week after your surgery. This let me know that he is concerned about his patients healing progress and the work he has performed. I must say he does not studder when he is following up on the progress of your healing, he explains everything even if you say "doc I'm still feeling pain" :). When he explains it is as if he has had the surgery himself. He already knows.

My first visit was met with staff who were not too friendly at the front counter. I was standing at the counter window as they looked directly at me but continued to talk to each other. I had to ask for their attention as they continued talking. To me, it was very disrespectful! My last visit was a little similar, but it was from the technician. Also, I was shocked that my toenails weren’t trimmed or that I was offered some treatment for the nail fungus that had been identified. I was told it’s an old age thing. Also, I wasn’t asked to schedule another appointment like previously or given any treatment.

Dr. Bryant and his staff are so welcoming. Dr. Bryant understood how my job could directly affect my foot gave a great routine to assist with my heel pain. His staff from the front office to the back are so personable and sweet. I can’t believe my PCP was trying send me somewhere else before here! Glad I called back for a better referral!
