I have been a patient of this practice for decades, first with a dr who left for the VA clinic, then Dr. Gopi and his nurse practitioner and, finally, Dr. Mandeep. I am surprised at the negative comments because I have never experienced anything negative with the doctors, the receptionists or the medical assistants, and that includes Pam and Perla (who are no longer there, btw). I find both Mandeep and Gopi to be very knowledgeable and good, understanding listeners. I have never felt rushed through an appt and have always found them to be thorough and caring. Dr Gopi was simply wonderful with my mother who had dementia and made sure we got her into an appropriate care facility when the time came.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst staff ever. Go read my review of my experience with Perla on Yelp. I cannot believe this place still has patients. Read your reviews. I should have before I went here. I called today to cancel an appointment Perla made me schedule even though I refused and today the receptionist saw my phone # and wouldn’t even say hi just immediately put me on hold. She did this for 30mins on 8 separate occasions. She told me her name was Johanna. Not sure if that was a lie but she was working 1/31/22 at 3PM. Doctors pay attention to how your staff is treating people and fire these people. I told Johanna I knew what she was up to. She was doing this to me on purpose and it was proven because I had to go to my neighbors house to use their phone and she helped me immediately without putting me on hold. THE STAFF HERE IS THE WORST. Petty, vindictive, infuriating, condescending and horrific people. My experience with Perla was the worst experience I’ve ever had medically in my entire life. This is the WORST doctors office EVER. They won’t even answer your call to cancel an appointment they made you make. They want your money and they do not care about you. I only called to make it crystal clear I will not ever be coming in. The people that work here are an absolute joke. You have to be seriously miserable to treat people like this. I pity you. I truly pity you. I’m an upstanding citizen, I paid my bill immediately, I was polite until Perla kept yelling at me and refused me access to my doctor. This place is a parody of a horror show. A COMPLETE JOKE.

Dr. Mandeep Ayer is an empathetic and most professional physician. My husband and I have been patients of hers for several years now. She has always been accessible in times of need and we feel very fortunate to have her as our Internist.

I would NOT recommend this clinic. The receptionist/Pam is extremely rude not once, not twice, but numerous times. She should have been fired a long time ago. I originally gave her benefit of doubt but numerous times rude- unacceptable! Contacting Dr Ayer directly to file complaint and filing complaints with health depts. BEWARE and be prepared for Pam’s rudeness in person and over the phone

I have found Dr. Ayer to be very kind, responsive and listens to health concerns without feeling like I am being rushed out of the office. Dr. Ayers PA Perla is exceptional in communicating for referrals, messages appointments etc.I am very happy with Dr. Ayer and the office overall 🙂

Contacted the doc's office to enquire about new patient acceptance, referred by Samaritan Hospital. The receptionist was very rude and has a very bad attitude and has no clue how to respect and talk to a potential customer. I am choosing not to proceed since I feel that the staff is a reflection of the organization.
