This place is a joke. Perscriptions are NEVER filled on time. Every future Appt they schedule you for will always be pushed back even if you set the appt months in advance. Staff is rude and never call back unless it is to change your appt on thier terms. Dr. Badea does not listen when you have questions about your perscriptions or health. You will end up waiting at least 2hrs or more just to see Dr. Badea for less than 5 minutes.

Horrible doctors office! they never call back or follow up with referrals. My father has been waiting to get his hip fixed for months now and keeps getting the run around with this office! He needs physical therapy and they still haven’t called. I call up there a million times and most of the time I either can’t get through or the person doesn’t know what is going on.

Getting care from this man is a joke. He does not care about his patients unless they are in front of him. He has entirely too many patients that he obviously can’t handle. My grandmother is 80 and they can’t even keep up with her prescription refills. Please do yourself or your loved ones a favor and go to a doctor that has time to care for patients.

I am new to the practice, and as many others disappointed in the professionalism of the staff. I have been waiting for over two weeks for a cardiology referral, ordered by the nurse practitioner. I have called the referral coordinator three times she has not returned my call. Very unprofessional.

It's a waste of time and insurance paument making an appointment because you'll be waiting 1 to 2 hours to be seen only for Dr Badea to rush through seeing you in less than five minutes then charge your insurance for everything under the sun, then he'll prescribe you a medication and you have to keep driving back and forth because he didn't put the medication in the system. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I will request tricare to assign me to another doctor and let them know the problems I've had with this doctor and their office and not to assign tricare patients there, it adds more stress and anxiety to the already medical issues we already have.

Extremely disappointed in the latest experience with a scheduled annual appointment. Left without seeing a doctor after waiting two hours. No one bothered to communicate or apologize for the delay. Looking for a new PCP!! Will not return.

Staff is horrible, they NEVER return calls. They cancel your appointment but do not tell you until you arrive. They lied and told me they left a message on my voicemail, I don't even have voicemail! They've cancelled three appointments without notifying me and did not even have the courtesy to schedule a fourth. The sad part is that Badea himself ordered the first appointment. Something was concerning enough for Badea to schedule me, but apparently it must not be too serious as he keeps cancelling my appointments. Hard to take your health seriously if the doctors and staff don't care.
