Dr. Ballard and his team are amazing. We have been through 2 years of braces with our daughter and the results are beautiful. Over the 2 years the office was very efficient scheduling appointments. Dr. Ballard took his time with the process and made sure Hailey’s teeth were ready for the braces to be removed. We are now having our second daughter use Ballard for Invisalign. Highly recommend. Very blessed to have such a wonderful orthodontist in Sandpoint.

Dr. Ballard and his team are amazing and he is not even our orthodontist! We were in Sandpoint on vacation and my son had an a wire in his braces come loose and start scratching up the inside of his cheek. Dr. Ballard’s team got us in quickly and cheerfully and took care of my son. We’re very grateful. What a great practice! Thank you Ballard Orthodontics!

1/2 of our family has been treated at Ballard Orthodontics. We have been very happy with this practice through the process. One child had had some unusual jaw and mouth issues which he was able to resolve beautifully. Dr Ballard is great. He’s patient, approachable, has great attention to detail, and has given my children beautiful smiles and alignment. His staff is polite, happy, and competent and you can’t beat the location for public school children in Sandpoint.

Best experience throughout the whole process. Dr. Ballard took good care of my daughter and you could feel he wanted the best for her and her smile. He didn’t rush the process or recommended anything unnecessary. Always made us feel comfortable and checked to see if there were any questions or concerns. The staff was amazing as well! Definitely make you feel like one big family. Recommend 100%.

Staff and Dr are very friendly and knowledgeable, and explain things in detail. I hope I never have to do braces again but if I did I would go to Ballard Orthodontics.
