Banner health is just wonderful I am fairly new to sterling and Needed to establish care to get the care that I needed, and I'm so glad that I went with banner health. My doctor is just wonderful. I highly recommend banner health and doctor bontrager. He is a very good Doctor he's very knowledgeable and understanding.He explained things to me in a way.I can understand i'm so glad I have him as a doctor. He made me feel better about my health scare and made the proper referrals for me.

I would give this dump as minus score but they don't offer that either. I waited a month and a half for a phone call to schedule an colonoscopy and still no call to this day. They received the order from my doctor on February 21st and they failed to call me. Same with the ft Collins facility, still no call from their urology dept. for a separate situation. 80% of the medical staff doesn't have what it takes to be a medical professional. Disgraceful to say the least!

Just had my yearly wellness check up with dr Schwindt. He is such an excellent Doctor and I am so privileged to have him. He really cared about my health issues and made recommendations to keep me healthy. So glad I don’t have to travel to get the care he gives.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the staff. My experiences with them have been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. It is disheartening to see a lack of basic courtesy and effort from the very people who are supposed to assist patients and ensure a smooth healthcare experience.

First and foremost, the front office staff are consistently rude and dismissive. It is evident that they make little to no effort to provide even the minimum level of customer service. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to patients who are seeking medical assistance and support.

One of the most concerning issues I have encountered is the repeated failure to call in medications. It is absolutely unacceptable that a medical office, whose primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being of their patients, would forget such a crucial task. This negligence puts patients' health at risk and creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Furthermore, the staff have also demonstrated a concerning pattern of forgetting to call in referrals to specialists. This is a critical aspect of healthcare management, as timely referrals can significantly impact a patient's treatment and overall well-being. Their negligence in this regard is not only unprofessional but also potentially harmful to patients who are in need of specialized care.

To make matters worse, it is evident that the front office manager lacks common sense and is ill-equipped to train or discipline her staff. The fact that these issues persist without any improvement suggests a lack of effective leadership and accountability within the office. It is disheartening to witness a manager who either does not possess the necessary skills or is simply too lazy to address the ongoing problems.

In conclusion, my experiences with the front office staff have been extremely disappointing. Their rudeness, lack of effort, and repeated failures to fulfill their basic responsibilities have left me feeling frustrated and let down. I strongly urge the management of this facility to address these issues promptly and take the necessary steps to improve the professionalism and efficiency of their front office staff. Patients deserve better treatment and care, and it is crucial for the office to uphold the standards expected of a reputable healthcare facility.

To the staff. Please do not attempt to respond to this with petty claims that you do not appreciate the way you were spoken to. I was polite to you until you repeatedly put my families health at risk and gave me an attitude when I brought it to your attention. You need to do better.

Dr. Sarah Moore and staff have elevated health care for families in our community. Dr. Sarah Moore and her staff are essential in assisting future doctors and nurses to continue successfully on their journey to becoming excellent and caring health care providers.

Dr. Erin Hoffman is wonderful. She is the most kind hearted person I’ve met. When you go to the doctors, sadly they get you in and out. And with her, that’s not the case! She takes everything you say into consideration, she goes out of her way to help you, and overall she’s just such a great person. For you pregnant mamas out there, she’s the one to go too!
