Worst communication ever. I found a doctor I really liked... I called to ask a question... her nurse called and was sooo unprofessional that I got off the phone so up set crying. She said nope nothing we can do for you. She already told you no. And she is not repeating her self again. Simple question. Was trying to let her know I couldn't get a hold of another office she recommended. I thought maybe I copied it wrong. Then the doctor I loved called acting like nothing happened.. then says oh well I hope she took care of you. I let her know the staff was unprofessional... acted like nothing was wrong.. will never recommend them again

On top of that they constantly make appointments for me that I never made. They also schedule appointments I need then when I got there the doctor was not avaliable. Sat in the lobby for 2 hours walked up to the desk and they said oh that doctor is actually not here ....

Dr. Brown is patient, kind, and understanding I recommend this clinic have been going here for years and altho its a teaching clinic it's sad when you get connected with a good doctor and they leave after a few years. I get that is what happens, but it's a bummer at the same time since u build rapport and u feel like your listened too

I picked Jayme George as my primary care provider in recent months and I DO NOT REGRET IT. She has helped me at least try to get answers of concerns I've had for years even before relocating to CO. More testing has been done and a procedure I should have had years ago thanks to her being so pro-active as my go-to Doc. She is kind yet honest, which is what I need to get back on track to keeping my health and wellness on the priority.
The front desk ladies were very kind, even the phlebotomist has quite a sense of humor at the family medicine clinic and worked with me despite me being nauseous coming in. I really needed some cheering up after a rough year with my health and the girls here made me feel safe and comfortable to be open about my health concerns. THANK YOU LADIES AT NOCO FAMILY MEDICINE!!

These people don’t care about their patients. They don’t get to know you or even ask enough questions before pushing a diagnosis on you. Definitely DO NOT make an appointment later in the day. They make it clear that they have had enough and want to be anywhere else but there. The counselors here are great, but everyone else needs an attitude check and maybe a friendly reminder about what health CARE looks like.

The office is terrible. We have waited for over a week to get a Rx filled. The doctors needed to approve the refills. Walgreens said the sent it on a Friday and I called on Wednesday the doctor's office on Wednesday and was told that oh they didn't get it till yesterday (Tuesday) which I knew was a lie. And the said that they would get the doctors the note and get it fixed. Waited and checked with Walgreens multiple times and it still wasn't ready. Called the office back at 1:30 on Friday since they weren't open on the weekend and that means another 2 days of withdrawal symptoms from the medication. The lady that time said there was no notes on me calling on Wednesday and she said they must have made mistake and not sent the note. This office used to not be this bad. But now it's been terrible.

Not very happy with this doctor's office, my throat closes up sometimes and hard to swallow. Instead of maybe it being a infection and trying amoxicillin. I was told maybe it's my mental health. Now I have to pay 50 dollars for a cat scan. They could have tried the amoxicillin 1st? I getting another opinion.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit to this clinic. The front desk staff were kind and helpful when I arrived and I was seen quickly. Drs. Hourieh and Alba and Dr. Hourieh's M.A. were professional and caring, and fully explained their approach to my problem and the treatment plan. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I got a bit of a run-around over the phone trying to get scheduled as a new patient, but when I went to the clinic to get it sorted out, they were able to get me an appointment the same week. Their policies are pretty strict so make sure you bring all the paperwork you might need and get there early for your appointment.

I missed an appointment because my car wouldn’t start and they treated me as if I had murdered a puppy. Repeatedly, and by multiple people, threatened discharge if I missed another appointment. Haven’t even been open to this office yet and now I’m worried about going and how I’ll be treated. Regardless, because their communication was also so poor I ended up being constantly transferred. The receptionist was curt and acted as if it was my fault I don’t have much flexibility with my overnight work schedule. Banner’s goal is to make healthcare easier—this office is a poor embodiment of that.
