The nurses and doctors here are so amazing and nice. I was terrified bringing my daughter in who had a severe allergic reaction and they were awesome to stay on top of things and get her back to normal. I do have to say checking into the ER was rather not great, the people at the front desk didn’t help me at all when she puked all over me and clearly had nothing to wipe her off with because I ran in so quickly. Once you’re in though it’s completely different with all the helpful nurses and doctors and flight for life team. Amazing thanks so much!!

I recently underwent a cholecystectomy and cannot say enough positive things about the nurses, CNAs, surgeon, and all the hospital staff. Despite the hospital being busy with other patients, every staff member made me feel like I had their undivided attention. They never made me feel like I was a bother, and they even took time for small conversations that helped ease the overwhelming experience of being in the hospital. I keep telling everyone, "The staff was SO kind!" I was genuinely amazed at the compassion and warmth I encountered from everyone. If there were a way to leave individual reviews for the nurses and CNAs on the Banner Health website, I absolutely would because they truly made my stay far better than I had imagined it could be. As someone with a larger body, I was relieved and grateful not to feel judged or stigmatized because of my weight—a common fear for many. The staff treated me with respect and never made me feel like I was a burden or that my size was the focus of my care. That compassion meant the world to me. Even though this hospital is a bit farther from where I live, I would still choose it again. The nearby Banner Health ER location also had incredibly friendly staff, which speaks to the high standard of care across their facilities. To the team that cared for me: thank you for your compassion and for making a stressful experience so much easier to handle. From easing my anxiety about anesthesia to ensuring my surgery went smoothly, I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

Staff were not attentive. I had a ton of unanswered questions when I left. Nurse came in to give me a benzo to reduce blood pressure. I was concerned and told him I didn't need that much. He told me it was diluted. I don't remember much after that. I woke up to one of the staff yelling at me telling me it was time to go handing me paperwork. I was struggling to keep my balance or my bearings straight. Groggy is an understatement. I managed to find a break room full of staff they all just looked at me as I stood in the doorway and one of them pointed across the hall and said go through that room. So I did and managed to find my way out of the hospital unassisted and confused with only the paperwork in my hand to help me figure out what they did or what was going on.

Both of my grandchildren were brought to the emergency room fri night after being in a car accident. My granddaughter was treated like a Queen, she's white and has health insurance. My grandson is mixed and has Medicaid he was treated rudely and they acted like they didn't care about his pain or his injuries, I had to go out in the hall ask for pain medication for him, however my granddaughter was continuously asked about her pain level, this was heart breaking to watch my grandsons treatment he's a great kid that would and does help people all the time. Shame on you Banner staff that treated him so bad and thank you to the staff which gave amazing care to my grandaughter. What A sad thing to have to endure with 2 injured kids one getting great care and the other not.

Quality of care is average but billing is a nightmare. I have called over half a dozen times to correct my insurance information for a visit that occurred 10 months ago, and they still cannot get the claim sent correctly. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it resolved with no help from the billing team. Will be going elsewhere next time I need care.

Always guilt tripped, and told that other people have it worse than you. I understand the woman next door has cancer, but why would I go to the ER for no reason? Some of the doctors are not educated in different areas of health.

My experience was not at all any help to me. I had four different nurses. My pain was at least taken care of but not fully. I've had past great experiences. This time was really horrible. There was no diagnosis or review of what my health issues were. I feel left unhelped. Asked for snack also waking up to severe pain I missed breakfast. Was given excuses to wait till after certain tests. Then told told I can go buy food. Not too friendly or hospitable of today's staff who helped me. IV site was done and samples taken roughly. When IV bandaged done poorly, had to ask for it to be redone by qomen who mentioned I could have something to eat after the tests tooken.
