Everything went so smoothly , the entire staff was on point from meeting with Sherry Lynn, his surgical coordinator, his nurse Terry , front desk staff and Dr Douglas . I never had to wait long in his office (,initial meeting , pre-op , surgery , post -op, That in itself is a rarity these days ) Dr Douglas was extremely professional, great bedside manner , informative , honest , sense of humor and gentle. I’m very happy with my procedure , I was very nervous! But I was in very capable hands and although I have a lot of bruising I had NO pain. I can see results emerging in only 1week, more to see soon !

The staff were welcoming and so nice. Dr. Douglas was also welcoming, nice, very informative before and after. He explained everything in detail. I felt comfortable. He did an amazing job with my Botox. I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Douglas for removal of a small skin cancer. He was kind and gentle and explained everything throughout the procedure. From what I could see so far, his work appears to be very high quality and I don’t expect to see much scarring once it heals. The rest of the staff is also friendly and professional. I would recommend this office for anyone needing similar work done.
