I had a great experience here with Dr. Wilson. I had an infected broken wisdom tooth and he had it out super fast. It was painless and very easy. I really want to applaud two of the dental assistants who helped me calm down and talked me through everything. I was extremely scared and nervous coming in and the nurse with the tattoos who I believe is named Jules was just so incredible. She made me so comfortable and really helped ease my nerves. There was another nurse who I think was named Silvia who also was just very nice and she came back to check up on me because she knew how scared I was. I read the reviews before coming to this place and I’m not gonna lie, some of them had me scared. But, coming from someone who is genuinely scared of the dentist, these people are great and I really had nothing to be scared about.

Worst dentist ever!!!!! Communication is horrible. That make it impossible to even see the Dr. if your a working parent and you ask a grandparent to bring your child don’t bother, they won’t see them without court documents. They do not do reminder calls of appointments or what you need. They expect you to remember after booking 6 months in advance. If you are missing something you only have 10 mins to get everything you need or they cancel your appointment. The lady at the front desk is very rude and very unprofessional. I did not choose this place I was referred. I highly do not recommend this dental office. Very out dated will not allow any emails as well. Customer service is a 0. Expect the worse when you arrive

I took my son for his appointment, we check in and the old lady at front said she did see my sons name on the list, we weren’t on the schedule then another lady that speaks Spanish REALY RUDE came and said I have to see the other patient first because you are not on the list, (we made the appointment since November) I said it’s not fair she said you have to options, wait until I finish or make another appointment! At the end (we wait for more than an hr) the front lady said that she couldn’t take the insurance

I highly recommend this dental office! I made sure to ask for extra purple numbing gel and was instructed to let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes, which made a huge difference. The staff was incredibly professional, and the procedure went smoothly. They numbed my mouth thoroughly before extracting a root from tooth #13, and I honestly felt minimal discomfort. It was the least painful dental appointment I've ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making it a positive experience!

Got my wisdom teeth pulled from here, they gave absolutely no antibiotics and 3 weeks later I have an infection in my extraction site, they told me I could drink from a straw within 24 hours and the instructions they gave me could've instantly given me dry socket. Stay as far away from here as possible

I was recommended to come here for a tooth extraction after a failed root canal. The staff was very friendly, the Dr was so nice. He looked at my tooth and had it out in minutes. I didn’t even realize it was pulled! I came back for a follow up the next week and I was still having some pain but he looked and verified no infection. The staff was wonderful, the person assisting Dr Baugh stayed with me and explained how to take care of my mouth for recovery. I am no longer in pain and everything healed just fine. I recommend this Dentist to everyone needing oral surgery.

Show up an hour before the appointment, after driving a hour, was told that our paperwork that took 7 months to get in order is something they would not honor. A local dentist referred us and reassured they would take care of the procedure.
Old hag receptionist was rude from the first words spoken, I truly felt she made it her sole purpose for us not to be seen. It was our mistake not checking reviews of this absolute joke of a ortho office.
Please stay away, your dentist has other options to use and if this office is assigned to your procedure you MUST ask for a different one.
No one receiving NEEDED care for their health shouldn’t be subject to this absolute pathetic sad excuse of a doctors office.
You have been warned.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
First this location is in a pretty bad area and very hidden. I kid you not my mom, cousin and I came an HOUR EARLIER to ensure that we wouldn’t be late and still ended up showing up at 11:05 even though our appointment was at 11:00. And when we called asking where we could find the place to ensure we wouldn’t be late they didn’t answer. We called about 10 TIMES and they wouldn’t answer!
Then finally the lady answered and put us on hold! Then when the lady finally answered she was EXTREMELY RUDE when we were trying to be nice. We were literally asking where the location was and she said and I quote “The doctor doesn’t allow people being more than ten minutes late.” When we kept on trying to talk with her she kept on saying goodbye like that was gonna help and hung up mid sentence. RUDE. Eventually we found the place and honestly thought we were in the wrong place it looked like an old abandoned house. Finally we got in and when we thought it couldn’t get any worse it did. The receptionist an older woman with white hair was the opposite of friendly which made sense because she was likely the person on the phone. Then said something we didn’t want to hear. SHE CLAIMED THAT WE DIDN’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! Even though we called a lady on the phone (that might have been her) that said “I can book you an appointment for the wisdom tooth removal on July 11. I VIVIDLY remember! As a matter of fact I wrote it down as my mom called the office ON SPEAKER PHONE so that the both of us could HEAR as she spoke! Honestly I’m glad I didn’t get my wisdom teeth removed from there. It was not a place I wanted to be in so imagine having my teeth pulled out in there. Nope absolutely not! So stay as far away as you can from this place. DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED
