This was my first visit to establish a new primary doctor. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The doctor was nice as well and even asked me if I had any questions before he left. There was a very very long wait before seeing the doctor. I got back to the room fairly on time, but it was another hour before the doctor came in, of course it is a doctor's office, things happen sometimes. For the most part, everything seems good so far.

Been a patient for five years. Today I called having chest pains and requested appointment. The receptionist gave me a 3:40 appointment. Then the "nurse" got on the line said I am no longer a patient for not following up with nurse practitioner and cancelled my appointment for today and said "you are no longer a patient". So I am currently in the process of going to the heart clinic, as my father had three heart attacks and I'm prone to that as well. I will follow up with LEGAL support after my appointment at the heart clinic!!!! Very scary that this how your treated after five years of patient/doctor relationship.

While the doctor and hands on nurses are very good..The support staff is absolutely horrible, unprofessional and rude. If you need a refill on a prescription, you should avoid the headaches and just go pick it up yourself. They can not for some reason get one called in from a fax without the patient calling them multiple times. Lord help you if you complain about it, they will just refuse to see you any more. It's really ashamed that Dr. Bogle works there, surrounded by such incompetence 🙁

Fragrance isn’t for everyone. It makes some people cough, wheeze, sneeze, break out in an itchy rash or clutch their head in a migraine attack. My wife has severe reactions to chemical fragrances like the ones used in air fresheners, bathroom deodorizers, even fabric softeners. A new study from the University of Melbourne suggests that fragrance sensitivity affects so many people that it could nearly qualify as an epidemic. I am furious with my doctor, Sean Bogle and the total disregard he and his staff showed my wife Marie recently. Dr Bogle has been my primary care physician for the past 3 years and we got along, I liked him very much. Marie wanted to get setup with the same office because it is conveniently close to our home and we needed to both get a referral to a specialist for other services. When she went to their office after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment she was immediately affected by the strong deodorizing agents in there to the point she waited outside after signing in. It was 32 degrees and spitting snowflakes yet she was willing to stand out there until her turn to see the doctor. Soon, the office manager informed her that Dr Bogle said she might be better served going elsewhere for medical services. Really? I was so furious upon hearing this I immediately went down there and requested my records and will seek out a new doctor even though I'll have to drive 25 miles to do so. It is inexcusable that people in the medical profession do not understand or care that the unnecessary fragrances they use can have serious medical implications for such a large segment of our population. Often times people with COPD or asthma or some other condition will suffer in silence because when they have brought it up in the past they just get a stupid uncaring non-response.

I have been having a problem with sciatica. And I have waited 2 months to finally give in and see a doctor. So because I am self pay I have a problem paying all up front. So I finally gave the office a call and they said of course I could set up a payment plan and they could see me in 1 hour. WOW! I was very impressed. I saw Dr. Jodi and she is AMAZING!! She really paid attention to detail about what I was telling her and she sat for a long while and answered all of mine and my husbands questions about it. She has also called me a few days later to check on me! I will NEVER go to anyone else!

I called them after reading the good reviews on here. My husband has sciatic pain that the chiropractor couldn't get to stop. The doctor just said no he wouldn't see him. No explanation. They also wouldn't let me speak with the doctor to see why he refused to see him. The first day the lady was so helpful saying they could get us in and such. Today they were very rude and unhelpful. I am sadden that a doctor just picks and chooses people like that with no reason to back it.

worst doctor / clinic I have ever dealt with. my daughter has had doctor Bogal as her pcp for over 3 years now. when it came time that she had to see the doctor and not a nurse practioner they refused to see her. she is 9 and needed blood tests done and can not have them done because the "doctor" refused to see her. now we hAve to start all over and find another doctor.
