These people have the worst customer service. They never answer the phone and never return my calls, even after leaving several messages, several days in a row. They are terrible at putting in the correct referals and their resident "doctors" treat the patients like garbage. Avoid this place.

Had a few issues when I first arrived but they worked so hard to rectify them. Dr McCabe is so sweet and really attentive. I know I’m good hands every time I see her. She really worked with me to lose 80 lbs. Her motivation was the best part. Definitely recommend.

Update: Dr McCabe isn’t there anymore and this place has gone downhill with some of the new hires. People need to be better trained to do their jobs here. It really sucks because originally I rated 5 stars. My bloodwork was supposed to be sent to labcorp and wasn't. I called their office and no one answered. I had to drive there to get the paperwork and take it to lab corp. I was told at the front desk they don’t send paperwork to labcorp but I was told by the dr through my chart they do. In the past I’ve had paperwork sent so idk what the new hires at the front desk were talking about. While I was in there I heard a phone constantly ringing and other patients came in at the same time to get prescription refills due to the fact that they don’t answer their phones. If you chose to go here advocate for yourself.

I had such a great experience with Taquasha I absolutely had to write a review. While I was on the phone with her, I felt really heard about my concerns, and also very confident that she was going to do everything she could to come to a resolution. And she followed through exactly as she said she would, in addition to giving me a follow up call. Taquasha has the true spirit of a healthcare worker and I think Bayhealth is so lucky to have her. I have been a client at this office since it opened and I have to say, Taquasha‘s patient care and customer service skills are exactly what I’m looking for when I have a health related concern. It seems that no one is available in returning calls to the front desk for making appointments. After my first visit with the physician, I was very impressed by the concern of the doctor I will be seeing. Hopefully, the front desk employees will have a better solution in helping patients with their visits. I had no other problems with my visit. I will be returning to see my new doctor in a few weeks. A busy practice should be a good sign that the physicians are doing a great job for the community.

If I could give less I would. Only reason for the 1 star would be because of nurse, Aieshya (spelling). I am having to cancel an appointment because the referral needed was never submitted. Trying to get anything accomplished through this practice correctly and on time is a major miracle. And don’t call for same day appointment if you are sick, cause person answering will say just take NyQuil and Tylenol, no appointment or even a call back, next day, nothing but crickets. Of course you also have to be lucky to get someone to answer the phone and if you leave message, chance of receiving a call back is not too good. To say I am really upset is to put it mildly.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
We too, are having the same issue in leaving multiple messages requesting for the staff to return our calls. We are seeking to become new patients of this practice and no one answers the phone nor do they attempt to phone us back.
Are the physicians even aware that their staff aren't returning patients phone calls?
It shouldn't have to result in patients having to show up at this practice unannounced every time a patient has a question or needs to make an appointment.

Very friendly staff. Makes me feel comfortable. I would've given 5 stars but there were several occasions I didn't not get a return call. But within the past week, I had called and they called me a couple of days later to my surprise. So next time I will give them their 5 stars.

Not only can you not get through on the phone but the receptionists are rude when you finally do. They will deny you necessary medications if you cancel an appointment or show up minutes late. They will talk about you to other patients. Both receptionists are unprofessional. They don't update addresses , contact info or pharmacy locations even if you ask multiple times. Dr Mosely is rude and doesn't put his patients first. The entire office is pathetic. Definitely glad we won't be returning

Edit: after calling our pharmacy we found out they still sent the medications to the wrong location over an hour away even after I provided the name and address of the current pharmacy
