I was nervous to go to this location seeing the star rating. But after going to a few appointments and reading what the complaints were in low reviews. I am so glad I went. The Doctors are great they really spend the time to explain things, answer questions and really listen to patients. Never are rushed and staff has been so friendly and respectful. Making appt. Was just two weeks out. No long waits at office or to get an appt.10 out of 5 stars.

Provider McCalister is thorough, and receptive to her patients concerns. You can tell she really cares about her patients. The front desk personnel are also very helpful and kind. All around, a great experience and a distinct improvement from most providers I've been to.

I've been here twice and was treated like a disease each time. I understand that they have protocols to protect other patients, but I just have to question if some of this is necessary. The front end staff ask the typical COVID questionnaire to get you admitted. The first time around, I told them I have been in contact with someone with COVID. I had to take care of my sick parents, but explained to them that I took two COVID tests prior to coming to my appointment. I was negative, and was more than willing to show them my two tests. They had me sit in my car and wait 45 MINUTES... Just so I could have a telehealth appointment with the doctor in my car.

The second time I went in was yesterday. I had a cold - cough with some phlegm - cold. Because of this, I had to wait in my car AGAIN. The wait this time wasn't as bad, but they called me on my phone to have me wait by the back door of the building to be let in. By the dumpsters. Are they for real?

The assistant was dressed up like she was ready for E.T. to walk in, but not the doctor herself. So honestly... Was all of this really worth it? They had me leave through the lobby and not through the door I came through originally... What was the point? The doctors are probably fine, but I don't want to come back here because of how I was treated. Hospitals should be better equipped to deal with sick patients at this point. Or maybe some better protocol in place and better front end staff.

Terrible Experience. Booked an Appointment 6 months in advance and was told that my Insurance was "Out of Network" the day I showed up for my appointment. I was also told that I "Could be billed" so I cancelled my appointment that day. I called back to 720 South Queen Street to straighten it out (at the advisement of my Employer whose Insurance I have) and they said because of a "New Law" there was confusion with the Recepiontist and it was my fault for cancelling and had to wait another 4 months to be seen. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Doctor is competent enough, nothing special. The support staff is the worst trying to get results from a test or being told that you need a second shot is virtually impossible you have to ask you for them. Tried calling for a simple prescription of penicillin left two messages and crickets had to go to a walk-in clinic

Finally at 1430h front desk said too late for same day appointment
I was instructed to call at 0800h tomorrow morning. Really? Or go to ED.
. Not too pleased with inability to schedule.
And I was told DR is booked all week.

Was treated terribly by everyone except the NP I saw. I sobbed in my car upon leaving this office. The scheduler who booked my appointment assured me that the provider knew the service I needed and could perform that, when I showed up she referred me elsewhere and they still charged me. It took me weeks to even book this appointment and they shattered any glimpse of hope I had of getting my medical issue addressed. I even contacted patient advocacy multiple times about this and never heard back. I would rather buy a plane ticket to see my old provider in Wisconsin than return to this place. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

RESPONSE TO COMMENT:

I KEEP CALLING PATIENT ADVOCACY AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO WAIT, NO ONE IS CONTACTING ME ABOUT THIS. EVEN GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING I COULDN'T BE REACHED BUT NEVER HAD A CALL OR VOICEMAIL FROM THE NUMBER THEY LISTED. I CHECKED EVERY SINGLE CALL AND VOICEMAIL BUT NOTHING FROM THEM. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I’m not a sick person, so when I need to see someone it’s because I need to see someone. They only want to do zoom appointments. I go to work everyday and face people in an unsafe environment for a pandemic. You’d think a doctors office would be prepared to physically see patients by now.
