I spent years, years with this place. Trusting this place was working in my best interest. Thousands of dollars down the drain, I mean thousands of dollars and now I have to go to another orthodontist. You can barely get an appointment. I don’t know what I was thinking. Unfortunately I now have to go to another orthodontist. Honestly the warning signs were there especially at year 3. Run don’t walk. I mean run.

Wonderful service, discount for cash payment. They'll accommodate most issues. ENTIRE STAFF is as friendly and hospitable as you could hope for, and the dental staff are gentle, compassionate and understanding; taking special care with my son who has autism. They even remember the kid's name soon as we enter. I'm a germaphobe, and we've never left and gotten sick. They have sanitizer at the front door, and it's ALWAYS filled. Every room I've been in- lobby, finance/administration office, dental care- always so clean. Highly recommend!

Not the best.
2 years with them resulted in going to another orthodontist and pay additional money to get my child's bite remedied. If I continued with BE Orthodontics my child would have been in braces much, much longer.
Another negative was the wait times. Every visit took a very long time, because the staff would spend a lot of time chatting with other visitors, while my child waited in the chair for them.
