Wilma at the billing department and the lady at the referral department were so helpful, kind, respectful, efficient, and professional. And, Dr. Dina Doolin and Dr. Beth Patel are such incredible doctors... knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, respectful, considerate, and professional as well.
Unfortunately, though, the front desk customer service representatives need to work on being more kind, considerate, resourceful, and efficient so they can benefit the medical center and the team that works so hard in the back. They almost never pick up any calls when I have called, and many other people have the same concerns. They may need a better system to make it possible to speak to a customer service representative.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Dina Doolin from 2012 until recently. We had excellent quality of care until she moved to the current location of Beachside Medical Center. Our wait times became longer in the waiting area and our interaction with Dr. Doolin became much shorter (5 minutes or less). She would not take the time to go over any lab results or issues concerning our health. We were shocked and surprised to receive letters that she would no longer be our provider with no reasons given. Prior to receiving these letters, my husband and I had talked about seeking out a new provider. Luckily, we found one that is way more concerned about our health than being on a production line of patients. I had to to put one star in order to post my review, otherwise I would have put a minus five for stars.

I have been very happy since I started going to Beachside Medical Center. The girls at the front desks are wonderful. I have been seeing Dr. Doolan. I think she is wonderful. She makes me comfortable. I find it very easy to talk to her. I only wish they were open on Fridays also. I noticed it’s getting much busier. Which is a good thing. Call today

We don't always get to see Dr Doolin. She may be busy but Beth Patel and Dr. Doolin assistant are great! Every doctor has their off days..I've seen many that sent me running.
Today I had a yearly checkup. Wellness I guess it's called. I had so much on my plate with stress issues and poor follow up on other health issues I do know...I came out of that office feeling like I'd been heard and ready to tackle my issues. Thank you Dr Doolin for listening and a great consult!!!

I'm a health care professional so I understand wait times, and I don't let it bother me. Dr. Doolin does listens and goes out of her way to make sure you leave there with referrals , scripts anything you need. Her staff have always been nice and her APRN, Beth is top notch

I personally have not had any experiences with Dr Doolin or would I want to. After the way she treated my best friend that has been going to her for over 10 years, was unacceptable. My best friend had an issue and instead of Dr Doolin listening to what made the issue occur and why it happened, she just said sorry I am not seeing you any longer. My friend is on heart medication and other medications that she just can't stop. But Dr Doolin obviously don't care. I would not send my pet to her. Also her receptionist Jessica was very rude and unprofessional as well. Please take this review seriously, because I was there the whole time my friend went through this experience, just recently. God Bless you Dr. Doolin, you need to learn how to treat your patients. You could have killed my friend. Oh and the communication with this office is terrible.

Professional, personable and Knowledgeable, not all hero’s wear capes! I have been a patient of Dr. Doolin since my teenage years! (Now in my 30’s) She has navigated me through many health challenges. And for that I am grateful. Her office staff, just as amazing!
