My very first visit to Beautiful Smiles Dentistry is one I will remember for the rest of my life. I was so nervous and could not sleep the night before. I am thankful to Dr. Noel and Miss Keisha for making my visit comfortable. I have never been so relaxed at the dentist. They really are the most amazing people. Miss Keisha is the sweetest lady with such an amazing smile that warms my heart. She is truly a gem and I thank her for her kindness to me. I had a fantastic experience at Beautiful Smiles Dental Care Center.

The hygienist, Kisha, did an amazing job with my cleaning. Best cleaning I ever had! She was thorough, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out.

Dr. Merritt was also outstanding. He took the time to explain everything in detail and ensured I fully understood my treatment plan. His expertise and genuine care for his patients were greatly appreciated.

10 out of 10! I highly recommend Beautiful Smiles Dental Care Center to anyone looking for a top-notch dental team!!

I wouldn't dream of going to another dentist than Dr. Banardo. I am 83 years old and have been to many dentist over the years, but Dr. Banardo is by far the best. She makes sure the procedures are as painless as possible and is pleasant and professional. Her staff is just as wonderful. .

This was the most horrible experience I have ever gone through with a dentist! When I came into the office the 1st time I drove an hour and 30 mins to get there! Was in the office for 20 mins and was at the front desk and the receptionist and the dentist were joking and laughing about a customer on the phone complaining about having pain after the dentist put a crown on her! The things that woman was saying about her clients was completely unprofessional! Me with having anxiety behind going to the dentist had concerns and voiced them to my husband but since we drove an hour and a half to see her and I only needed on extraction I wanted to get it over with! Well let me tell you wrong move! Her attitude was absolutely foul she acted as if I was an inconvenience! She extracted my tooth and it was the most painful ordeal I have gone through days after coming home I was pulling little pieces of jaw bone through the hole and it totally freaked me out! Called her office and they completely ridiculed me and laughed told me I had to just deal with the situation! Run people far far away from this lady and her unprofessional business!

This dentist is simply the Best, I am 64 and she's the best I've seen in 30 years no joke. She made sure my mouth was sedated properly where there was NO pain.. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER 100%. The office is clean the staff is professional and friendly. I visit twice both times was a pleasure to be at a dentist 👍😊

Had made a appointment with them and missed it due to going into labor. Which I thought I could call to make another ,was told I had to bring in proof that I was in the hospital and gave birth. I definitely was offended because I felt why should I have to bring in personal information hospital papers just to get another appointment. Asked to speak to manager whoever that was had no regard to even get on the phone put me on hold longer than a reasonable amount of time. In my opinion had no regard for me and I felt disrespected. I understand policy but I had never had that happen to me . Unprofessional handling the situation had a I don't care attitude from the manager who in turn advised the receptionist to display that kind of attitude too.

Went to this dentist back in April for a tooth emergency. They extracted one tooth but did not offer options for a replacement. Which I found a little odd but didn’t push the issue.
Second visit, I received the services asked for and everything went fine until I asked to speak to the dentist about my treatment plan. I was met with hostility and was told that was not possible while I was at the facility. Weird, the person you’re paying for your health care plan would be unavailable….
Third visit, reception failed to collect their payment before the services started. So they decided that stopping my service and having me paraded across the building with a numb mouth and drooling everywhere was the best course of action. Even after I asked if they could come get the payment so that wouldn’t happen. It was embarrassing and unprofessional.
The dentist calls later and “apologized” but never discussed what the apology was for. They scheduled an appointment for my impressions. Unaware that the full payment was due for the partials today (because none of this was explained or discussed, paperwork was handed over and said here). I show up, am told about the money and asked why that wasn’t discussed when the appointment was made. They treat me like I’m the problem. Pulled out the treatment plan and pointed to the line item for partials and resin. She said I should have known this was what it was even though it was not discussed nor does it say it. Wound up being told they are not the dentist for me and I’m the problem. Crazy, all I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned by professionals.
