I have not yet had an appointment here, but the young lady present on 12/12/24 was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for proper customer service. It was disappointing, and I truly believe she should have apologized for her behavior. However, the doctor personally reached out to me with kindness and professionalism, explaining that this is not what his practice stands for and asking if I would consider leaving a better review. I deeply appreciate his effort to address the matter and his sincerity in wanting to make things right.

I went to this office for a consultation for a retainer only. I was a little skeptical initially due to my scheduling experience, but Dr. Moody & his staff turned out to be very nice & accommodating. The office is neat, clean & has a warm feel. My appointment was pretty seamless & I was in and out in no time for what I needed. & the turnaround time for my retainers was same day. Highly recommended.

Beltway Orthodontics is a very professional and client friendly practice. Dr. Moody was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns I had. He took the time to make sure he was clear on the understanding of what it was I was trying to achieve.It was a very easy process getting all paperwork submitted. The Beltway Orthodontics website is very user friendly.His team, was very polite and welcoming. Most importantly Dr. Moody and the team are very punctual with running on time, never making it seem as if my time is not valued. I was referred to by a coworker and when I went I was amazed by how clean it looks and going in they have a lounge couches and a sink across from it with new supplies to brush your teeth and mouth wash before you are seen Dr. Moody was very nice explained everything well Stephanie was very nice explaining everything and Keren the secretary was very friendly and helpful and nice the X-ray tech was wonderful as well can’t wait to start my journey with getting my teeth ? fixed 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
