This place is run by beautiful women who have big hearts and are great doctors, nurses and receptionists. If you're feeling out of the weather and need a good check-up, come to this place that's filled with love and compassion. They are easy to talk to and it is fast to get appointments here.

The girls in the front desk never know anything had me waiting a week for a phone call about a cancellation for my elderly father 6 months check up because the doctor had an accident (by the way love this doctor )now they don’t know when she will be back…just got told we have to change provider because they are not accepting IEHP ugh if it was just that easy as saying look for another provider

This place use to be great I even referred my family here. But now they are negligent they are not following up and there is a lot of complaints. With my husband they didn’t lower his medication dose for Blood pressure. They didn’t address my flank pain or bleeding when I reported it. I think this constitutes a call to the dept of public health for a state surveyor to investigate.

My doctors been “out sick” every time I show up to my appointment, no calls to cancel, wasting my time & probably even lying about that..

I never leave bad reviews so the fact that I have decided to leave a bad review today is beyond me.
I originally requested for my doctor or physician to remove my birth control in February, And an my appointment was made. The appointment was rescheduled three times in a row the day of my appointment .. when I was at the clinic because the doctor was “out sick, or had family emergencies“

it’s now two months later and I’m waiting on a referral to the OB/GYN because it turns out they never even had the equipment to do the removal of the nexplanon birth control at the clinic..

At the same time of trying to get my birth control removed, I have been in school. I have a skin condition that requires Me to wear cotton and loose fitting clothing, So I requested a doctors note to get my schools approval to change uniforms.

The receptionist at the time told me to speak to my doctor for a note. so when we spoke, she said no problem. We’re going to get you a referral to the OB/GYN and your doctors note within this week. Great! .. It’s been a month later & Still no referral or Dr. note.

I just called one more time today .. five months later from the beginning of all this And again, the doctor/physician is out sick..
However, the receptionist this whole time could have given me a doctors note according to her.. I’ve called 2 to 3 times for that doctors note and not once did the receptionist tell me that she could write it for me till this last time. I don’t know if it was the same receptionist or a different one, But it doesn’t matter.

This is extremely irritating and it just goes to show all parties involved don’t seem to care a lot about their patients. It’s so easy for them to smile and pretend to care about your needs, but in reality they don’t. All parties involved will be named below definitely changing the clinic And never referring anybody here because it’s just been an awful experience here.

This place has been a blessing. I have been trying to find prompt treatment after AMRC has been neglecting my health! I couldn't find anyone who had prompt appointments but they took me in made an appointment for me next day and even scheduled more work for next week while others were months until I could see a doctor. Not only did they refer me to The G.I but also the surgeon and hopefully I can start my path towards healing soon. The staff was friendly and over all was swift with my needs as a patient. I am thankful!! Thank you and big shout out to everyone here!!

I’m going to literally give the place 1 star and if I could’ve I would give them 0 stars, staff is very friendly but doctor is very rude don’t care about your health at all doesn’t even let you finish explains how you feel not even in the room with you for 5 mins it’s a how are you okay bye so unprofessional doesn’t do job correctly she doesn’t even look like she likes her job she’s just there to take your money and not help you with anything would definitely not recommend this place . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!
