My experience with Dr. Cohen was great. The office is pleasant, clean, attractive and efficient. On my three recent visits, I was seen right on time. The staff was friendly, helpful and compassionate. Dr. Cohen is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained my test results and symptoms and answered all of my questions. My husband is a patient of Dr. Cohen who unfortunately has had a number of back/ neck surgeries. After his most recent one last month Dr. Cohen and his office have been nothing short of professional and amazing assisting us with follow up. There was an unforeseen complication that my husband experienced and Gay in particular took our calls and outreach anytime of day and went above and beyond to stay in constant contact with Dr. Cohen who at that time was on vacation for my husband’s care and well being! We could not have gotten through this surgery physically and mentally without their support!
