Dra Bennette le damos gracias a Dios por traernos con ustedes desde hace más de dos años con ella! Llegamos en nuestro momento mas difícil de nuestra familia sentimos que perdíamos a nuestra hija y hoy podemos darle las gracias a Dios y la doctora porque nos ayudo de gran manera siempre estaré agradecida !!! Viajamos más de una hora para llegar a su consultorio pero a valido la pena aun esperar a veces ña cita !! Pero entendemos que es la mejor y todos quieren ir con ella gracias eres un ángel en nuestras vidas!!! Gracias por alegrarte como lo demostrarte al ver que ayudaste a salvar a nuestra hija de literalmente morir ?

I have had no issues with the doctors. However I can never get anything from the office staff. If I have a concern about my child and call, no one answers. Call the after hours nurse, leave vm after vm and no one calls back. In the office asking for a shot record, the insist on emailing it, verify my email and everything. Here I am 2 days, 2 emails and 4 voicemails later with no shot record or even a callback. I went to one visit when my child was sick. We opted to wait in the care with her to prevent other kids In the waiting area from being exposed to a stomach virus. I received a call saying that they were ready to see my child. Less than 2 minutes later we walk in and are told that they gave the room to another patient and will have to wait longer. This place is unorganized, the office staff has no compassion. This is supposed to be a DOCTORS OFFICE FOR CHILDREN!!! Parents expect you to at least answer the phone and do what you say will do. No one has time to keep calling back to follow up. I have voiced my concerns to the doctor who assured me that it was an issue with the phone service provider. At this point it is ridiculous

clermont office
I have been with this practice since my youngest was born, he is 4 now. I love Dr. bennett she is amazing. But the office has dropped the ball too many times for me. In November my son got a vaccine and had a reaction of a swollen arm from the shoulder to elbow woth blisters forming. I tried to call the after hours nurse that the directory have me. No one reached out all weekend. Monday came were i left more messages for the office. I finally received a return call at 4:30. The lady who called me back said she wasn't even sure if they had an after hours nurse. And ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment or not. Then the closest available appointment was a week away. At this time I had already taken my child to receive medical care. The oldest incident is I have tried over a month to get my sons shot records. I called, left messages, sent emails ect. It wasn't until today I found out the nurse practicer did not update the shot records. Now my son is out of school till this can be corrected. I feel like this office has no Accountability with in it. It is sad because I used to tell everyone how great they were. Enough that I myself would drive 45 min to them.

This office is so disorganized. Multiple times now they've cancelled my appointment last minute (within 30 minutes of my appointment time). They hassle me for weeks to set up an appointment just to cancel last minute siting "emergencies" each time. Sure. It's such a hassle to get a toddler ready and out the door for a doctor's appointment in the first place. Then to get a cancellation notice while I'm already enroute with my toddler I've had to wrestler into the car on for an appointment I like any other parents had to get time off of work for and move multiple meetings around for is so frustrating. I could understand if this was a singular occurrence but this is the third time this has happened now.

I’m giving 1 star because of my experience trying to get into this office as a new parent with my newborn. About a month before my newborn was born, we filled out the online application for new patients with no response whatsoever. I physically went to the office and the front desk assistant told me to contact them by phone after the baby was born. I called from the hospital and someone took ALL of my information over the phone to include my phone number... Well, the line disconnected and you would think because they took my phone number, I would get a call back. I attempted to call back numerous times with no answer. I’ve heard amazing things about this office but with my experience trying to get in as a new patient, or even effectively communicate with someone could only be a representation of the office and their practice as a whole. It was very disappointing for my wife and I.

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE ALTAMONTE OFFICE
Please don’t go to the Altamonte office. I have not gone to the Clermont office so I cannot review for them.
1. First visit, beginning of July of this year. We waited about 30 mins in the waiting room and then 45 mins in the room where you wait for the doctor. The Doctor was not even in the office, we saw the nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner was very nice.
2. On top of the well visit, my son needed a vaccine. We had to wait another 30 minutes or so for them to check about it. They come back and tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it and to pay out of pocket is $800 for it. I don’t pay it because I know the vaccine is covered but I decide to leave and just call my insurance company to make sure.
I call my insurance company and ALL my vaccines are covered, specially the one he needed. So did these people even check for real with them?
3. My son got sent for blood work, the results got sent to me and to them. I called them to make sure they received them and they confirmed that they did. That’s all they said and August 30 I’m still waiting for the nurse practitioner or doctor to call me to talk about it because not everything was normal. Ok, I let it pass by and make an appointment so we can talk about it and so they can finally give him the vaccine
4. I make the appointment for Thursday August 29 at 4:30pm. They call me that Tuesday to tell me that they don’t do appointments that late and if I can come in Friday instead. Ok, we make the change to Friday at 11:30. I come into the office and they are closed!!! There’s someone in there that tells me they are not opened on Thursdays or Fridays. I show her the confirmation text with date and time and she goes to check and they booked me for Clermont office without telling me. Why
She asks me if I want to reschedule AGAIN for next week and she gives me a Thursday appointment AGAIN! I thought she just said they are closed on Thursdays and Fridays. Was she booking me again for Clermont after I just told her it’s too far for me?!
So this was the last straw and never again coming to this office.
