I have been to Bergen Park Physical Therapy twice and both times have an excellent experience. The first PT person I worked with was Alexis for plantar fasciitis and the second time I worked with Dave for tight hip flexors/lower back pain. Both were awesome to work with and I got out of pain and was taught how to manage my pain. I really loved how Dave especially educated me. He explained so well how my nerves and muscles were working inside my glutes and hip flexors, why I was having pain, how the stretches/massage help decrease the pain, and how to build strength in those areas to stay out of pain. Everyone I have met here has been a gem, including the front receptionists for appointments. Highly recommend this Bergen Park PT if you are in pain and/or thinking about Physical Therapy.

Bergen Park PT is extremely well run. Christina at the desk is so helpful and organized. She's quick with a smile and very accommodating. Dave is has excellent clinical skills and is very intuitive with the healing process. I'm so happy that I chose this local business.

Everyone I have encountered has been cheerful, kind and accommodating. The front desk staff is attentive to my scheduling needs and works very hard to work around our unpredictable weather challenges! Theresa is my therapist and I cannot speak highly enough of her, the individualized treatment she has worked out for me has exceeded my expectations 100 fold. I began therapy thinking surgery was my only option, I now know that the CORRECT therapy will keep me out of the surgical suite. She’s a miracle worker. Thank you everyone I feel like a new woman!!!

There are exceptional women working here. The front desk lady, Christina, is very kind, patient and helpful. She is willing to go out of her way to handle insurance etc. I've never had a better physical therapist than Theresa. She shows genuine interest in my well being and I've seen progress none of my other PTs have come close to. She is very bright, and has an obvious and deep understanding of what's going on with my body and how to help. Very glad I started coming here.

So I just happened to stumble upon this wonderful business! I was looking for some physical therapy after surgery and was pleasantly surprised to find such a great place! It’s located at the Buchanan Rec Center. They have great facilities there and I even had a few water therapy sessions. My therapist is Andrea Read. She’s awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to follow. She has a great sense of humor and actually makes it kinda fun! But most important is the work we have done together to get me ready to go back to work! She really is amazing and knows her stuff! And you couldn’t find a better place to go! I even told my surgeon how great it is so he can refer his patients.

Everyone here is very kind and personable. The whole facility is clean and well maintained. A HUGE shout out to Theresa!! Thanks to this fantastic physical therapist, my lower back and SI joint pain (of 4 years) is gone!!! GONE!!! I was miserable ALL the time. It hurt to walk, sit, sleep, pretty much do everyday happenings. I had no energy and was tired of taking pain meds. Theresa helped me get my life back! Bergen Park Physical Therapy...Theresa...you guys rock!!!

Theresa did a terrific job helping me with my shoulder. We did 2 in-person PT sessions followed by remote PT sessions. They followed best practices using protective gear for prevention of Covid-19. I appreciated the option to have remote sessions. Theresa was knowledgeable, kind, professional and helpful. The front desk staff are also good to work with.
