Simply wonderful! Love the entire staff. They are always friendly and courteous. Have been seeing them for a few months after a work injury. I really enjoy my visits with them and will miss seeing this wonderful team of health care professionals when my therapy is complete. They always brighten my day.

I honestly don't do reviews and the few I have done is because I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with whatever service. Not so today! The owner "Penny" who is the PT that came in to do my initial assessment for the pain in my hands that I've been suffering with for quite awhile now. My doctor referred me to Better Living because it's closer me.
From the onset, Penny was abrupt, she hurried me and did not give me a chance to answer questions she was asking. But the most EGREGIOUS of it all was she began laughing at me when I told her the way she was pressing on my joints on my hand was hurting me!!! As former nurse or just as a human, I can not begin to understand what was funny or how she could laugh in the face of a patient who told her that they were experiencing pain. Whether she understood the cause or not will NEVER EXCUSE that type of treatment to a patient let alone a human. I'm STILL in disbelief of what actually happened today! I will rather drive 20 miles to Optim PT than to EVER step foot and see that wicked woman again that is only 2 minutes from me!The Office staff was wonderful, it's the owner Penny that needs to be trained by them on how to interact with the public.

Fantastic facility. Incredible staff. Compassionate, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable therapists. I always feel better when my session is completed and would recommend anyone who was referred for such services to Better Living for physical therapy.

These are some of the most caring folks I have ever had the chance to meet in my 69 years. They truly care about everyone they work with. They treat you like family. You got a problem they listen to you. Love my new family.
