I wish I lived in Julian so I could always get my medical care here! From the Medical Receptionist to the Medical Assistant to Dr Wylie himself, everyone was very warm and friendly and helpful and caring. After being denied care in Ramona because I was a traveler “just passing through”, it was great to be treated with dignity and consideration by this welcoming team.
Dr Wylie is thorough and competent and spent plenty of time with me and shared a lot of information which helped me have a better understanding of what was going on with my health. After working 40 years in the Healthcare arena it was very encouraging to encounter this perfect example of how a vist to a medical provider should be.

Our family has been helped in so many ways by Dr. Wylie. He has gone way above and beyond, especially concerning my special needs daughter. He always makes as much time as we need to discuss issues and listens carefully to us, we never feel rushed (which is not the case with other medical professionals we've seen in the city). I feel like he knows and cares about us, I'm so glad he is here in Julian!

I almost died from cancer because Dr. Wylie kept telling me I was "fine". He should have instantly referred me to a g.i. doc with the symptoms I presented. He almost cost me my life, and still could. When I called and confronted him on it, he wasn't even apologetic.

I sufferd a stroke and Blake didn't look up my hospital record, he said I had a sympathy stroke. I said I had spent 5 days in hospital, did you see my MRI. He said" you had an MRI?. I explained, that's why I'm here. He still never acknowledge that I had a stroke
