Dr. Gabi did a wonderful when my wife and I met with her in preparation for the birth of our second baby. We thought we knew what to do this time around. I am so thankful that we decided to see Dr. Gabi. She heard and answered all my wife’s questions and made us feel comfortable with the topics and what to expect when my wife went into labor. After having my first child via c section I wanted to see Gabi to help me make sure I know how to use my pelvic floor for a vaginal birth. I have learned everything on how to push, squeeze, etc on my muscles down there. Even my husband can feel a difference with coming to Gabi. I’ve even saw other pelvic floor therapists before Gabi who were attached to the OBGYN clinics and didn’t feel the connection as I do Gabi here at Pelvic Floor Health. 1,000 stars to Gabi!!! My experience at Bliss Pelvic Health has been phenomenal. From my first appointment to the follow ups, everything has been thorough and streamlined. Dr. Gabi is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. After my assessment with her, I felt well informed about next steps to take to help with my pelvic health. In addition to the information she gave me at the end of our assessment, I was also provided with a home exercise program which outlined specific exercises I could do. Dr. Gabi has checked in with me regularly since our appointment, and I have felt encouraged and supported every step of the way!
