Today was my first time appointment with Bluebird Vision and I was impressed from start to finish. First of all, when I pulled up their website, I was able to book an appointment 10 minutes before the appointment! All of the staff were very welcoming and kind. Stephanie did the preliminary work and was great. Overall it was a nicer experience than I’m used to because none of the tests were uncomfortable and it was all very thorough. Dr Blight was very nice and showed me images of my eyes that I’ve never seen before and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He even explained to me why I’ve been experiencing something in my eyes that none of my other Doctors have been able to do. I’m very grateful to him for that. Mindy was also great to work with and repaired a couple of my old glasses while I was there and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. It was a really nice experience from start to finish.

I would not recommend this clinic to any parent who expects equal treatment, clear communication, or basic privacy. Despite being a legal guardian who brought my child to the appointment, I was repeatedly excluded from follow-up communication and critical documentation. Records were created based solely on the other parent’s input, then shared with third parties without my knowledge. Even worse, the clinic later disclosed my personal financial information—including a refund tied to my credit card—to my ex-spouse. I’ve submitted multiple formal requests, and still, core questions remain unanswered. The clinical care may be fine, but the professionalism and integrity behind the scenes are deeply lacking.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Blight Every visit, him and his staff do an exceptional job. They’ve gone above and beyond when I needed urgent help, fitting me in quickly and making sure my eyes were back to their best. The staff is friendly, the office is spotless. Highly recommend!
