Bluestone Medical Group under the care of Dr Fioret have been treating my parents for over 2 years now and the level of care, communication (especially during this trying time), and compassion is equal to having a Private Physician. My Mother’s health failed last year and through the process Andrea Kichline went above and beyond to advise me, as well as, give loving care to both Mom and Dad as we were dealing with her loss. Since Mom past and Dad has been in lockdown since Feb, I have an extra level of peace knowing I have this team there for my Dad being my eyes and ears. Honestly, they have been a BLESSING for my sanity!!!

Bluestone Physician Services Team Fioret provided care for my father when he moved into an assisted living facility in Sarasota.    Andrea Kichline, my father's NP, was just wonderful.   Being so far away, I was appreciative of Andrea's communication with me and her kind, caring manner.   This group works closely with the wellness/nursing office at the facility and their patient and family web portals are easy to use.    When the decision was made to move my father north to be closer to family, Andrea went above and beyond to assist and provide advice and guidance.

My mother is at the end stages of Dementia. She has been in assisted living and then memory care for several years. During that time I’ve gone through several doctors and didn’t find any I was happy with until I found Bluestone. I couldn’t be happier. They visit her in the nursing home, which is a blessing. They have a portal, where I get notified when they visit, as to her condition. As here condition progresses, they are on top of the changes and adjust her care accordingly. I get a phone call in addition to the portal to make sure I am in agreement to her care. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my mother’s comfort during these difficult days and to communicate with me regularly to discuss my concerns and treatment. I could have been happier. It was hard during the COVID-19 lockdown of nursing homes to not see my mother, but it was a blessing to know the at Bluestone Group was there taking care of my mother and giving me regular updates. I highly recommended the team that has been caring for my mother!

My mother lived at an ALF in Brooksville, FL the last 4 years of her life, having just passed away at the age of 90. She received compassionate and informative care from Sebastian, an ARNP with Bluestone. I loved how easy it was to communicate with him and his assistant, Stephanie, via the Bluestone bridge. They addressed all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner and always followed through with whatever they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of care!

Andrea Kitchline was my mother’s NP at an assisted living in North Port. Andrea was the absolute best! She communicated with me regularly, even when I might have been emotional or impatient Lol
She always got back to me. She tried to cut back on moms medications to give moms kidneys a break. She was really the exact example of who you would want taking care of your loved one.
We moved to another facility and we miss Andrea so much!!!

Andrea Kichline was my father's physician while he was in a memory care unit in an assisted living facility. She was always responsive when I called or texted her and gave us a frank assessment as to how he was doing. When he began to fail rapidly, she was with us the entire time, answering our questions and guiding us until his passing. Team Veve has taken over my dad's care at his assisted living facility. They are very responsive to my questions and concerns, they have reduced his unnecessary medications to the extent that his kidney function has improved, they schedule regular visits with him (once per month) and will always see him right away if the care staff has a concern. Love this group!
