Julie is an amazing massage therapist! She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your recovery. I went for a lymphatic massage and it was the best I've ever experienced. Other companies use machines only. Julie, however, uses her hands as well as the lymphatic machine which is awesome! I would definitely recommend her for your healing/recovery process.

Started a holistic health journey in 2019. This place has been a staple for me. They offer a wide range of massages and plans that are tailored to your goals. I see Amy. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Although, they primary aid in post-surgical recovery, I am not post-op. I highly recommend you all give them a visit. I do 50/50 therapeutic and lymphatic massages.

I would highly recommend Body of Health. Julie Mills is amazing! She knows her work, very informative. She doesn't just work on you but she educates you. She makes sure that you understand what she is doing. Yesterday, was my first lymphatic drainage massage and I woke up in good spirits because I had way LESS PAIN than I had before the session. Thanks, can't wait until my next session.

I am so grateful for Body of Health, and for Julie, the owner. I found out about Body of Health from a pamphlet at the office where I had radiation therapy. I saved that information, decided I wanted to do something nice for myself, & decided to call.
Right from that first phone call I felt like I'd found the right place. The lady who I spoke to was so kind, friendly, & informative. She answered all my questions & helped me understand what services would likely be best for me.
Walking in for my first appointment, I got a good & peaceful feeling right away. There are so many nice touches in the waiting area that said "yes" to me.
Now, as for Julie, she is simply amazing. I liked her personality immediately. She's caring, funny, tells it like it is, and will educate you as much as you wish. As she worked with me that first day & continues to work with me, she explains everything & wants to make sure her clients understand. I felt at ease with her & confident in her abilities right away. She helped me understand something that was going on in my body that none of my doctors had been able to figure out. Not only that, but she showed me some simple at home stretches and techniques that have greatly improved how I feel. I honestly left my first appointment crying tears of joy and gratitude. I immediately saw such improvement, like I hadn't seen since prior to my surgery.
I should add-I am a breast cancer survivor who had a lumpectomy and radiation.
If you want to do something kind for yourself-something for your body, spirit, and soul-I highly recommend making an appointment with Julie at Body of Health.

I'm blessed to have discovered Body of Health and Julie. What an amazing experience! From the time I walked in, I was warmly treated and attended to in addition to Julie explaining the massage process I learned so much more about lymph nodes. I wholeheartedly recommend Body of Health, especially to all oncology patients. You will walk away with a wealth of knowledge equipped to successfully make it through your journey with cancer. I really cannot say enough about this place. All of the people that work there were friendly courteous and professional the owner is a gem. When knowledge and passion and compassion are mixed together you get a business with professionals that love to do what they do and genuinely love helping people. It is very evident at body of Health. So happy I finally found a place that I can go to for holistic healing massages and other things like lymphatic drainage I will never have to search again. Trust me I am one of those picky people that folks hate to go out with because nothing is ever good enough bottom line is when they're good they're good and when they're not they're not. This place deserves 10 stars.

Body of Health is truly a healing experience. The staff and atmosphere are caring and friendly. Jenny is an excellent massage therapist and has treated my son through chemo therapy and we continue to see Jenny for him and for myself. God has blessed us by finding Body of Health.

The staff at Body of Health is nothing short of exceptional. I had been going there for months for lymphadema treatment and it was such a blessing.
I now go for periodic help with keeping the lymphadema under control and for neck stiffness due to cancer and radiation. It is always an enormous blessing to know that Julie and her staff are there. Cannot recommend highly enough. Amen.
