Waiting for MRI referral over a week. I am in pain in my back. Tried 3 days to get some pain meds. Tell me call back at 3:30 for dr answer. They closed at 3:00pm. Piss poor quality of health services. Office says they're behind so my MRI is delayed!! Not my problem their office is behind. Patient care should come first

The doctors a really nice, but the staff...my gosh. My son received his first dosage back in July, he was to return in August for his 2nd dosage and they do not have a record of the shot he received. I've called and repeatedly and nothing is resolved. It so happens to be I forgot his shot record that day so I don't even have proof of the first dosage (ugh). I asked for them to just start new and I've been waiting for a manager's call for two weeks. I give up on them. That office is horrible!!!!

Dr Bolivar is such an amazing and caring Doctor. I was very nervous/ scared of my surgery and he and his staff cared for me in a way I can never repay them. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Bolivar.

Dr. Soto is great dedicated,well trained MD, they are going through a period of changing from charts to electronic and some staff are being brought back for the good of the clinic. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a primary care doctor and internal medicine.
