Nice and clean environment! The staff were friendly and didn't really dig into a problem. I've come here a couple of times, in the past, and I always leave pleased. My family also uses them and they are well taken care of!

I had a crown to come off on one of my Front teeth that Dr. Booker refused to put back on, fearing what he said might, ”open a can of worms”. At this point I had been an active, loyal patient,(including my family) for over 5 yrs. I explained to him that I worked in a highly visible position in our small town and that I could NOT go with a tooth missing in the VERY FRONT, but he was completely in-compassionate, unconcerned and stoic- still refusing to help me.
Two days later I had an appointment with Dr. Ben White at White Smiles. He was very understanding and put the crown back on IMMEDIATELY with no hesitation! He simply reasoned that if the crown initially came off due to a result of decay or any underlying issues, that it would definitely “pop off again” and that we would proceed with further action at that point. He seemed confused as to why Dr. Booker refused to simply reapply the crown.
He set me up for a cleaning and I’ve had great care from a personable, committed, devoted dentist that truly cares about his patients ever since, including my entire family.
I definitely can NOT recommend Dr. Booker, at all!

My girlfriend when there to get her teeth filled multiple times, because her fillings kept falling out and the dentist refused Service on her. They were rude to her when she wore her gay pride shirt. Gave me side eyes in the waiting room. I would not recommend this place at all. The receptionist did not know how to do her job. She always asked the dentist when he was available to do dentistry. He also refused to do service on my mother in-laws teeth, due to him “figuring out if her teeth can take it our not.” He also said he did not know how to pull a tooth, which is basic dentist knowledge. He kept trying to prolong my girlfriend and mother in law’s service, but did nothing. If I could give them less of a star I would. I do not recommend at all.

Needed TWO crowns. I dreaded it! Dr Booker and his staff made the crowns in his office! Less than three hours and ONE appointment I was on my way! LOVE that Dr Booker has invested in the latest technology! DId I mention that I experienced NO Pain! Incredible! Many thanks to a very professional team!

Dr. Booker and his staff are first class., very professional and efficient. No long wait times, etc. I have a friend who was in a great deal of pain and after contacting several dentists she was unable to get any of them to treat her as she could not pay immediately. We called Dr. Booker and he was very kind and rearranged his schedule and treated her.

I have been going to this dentist for about a year and a half now. I’ve put up with there nonprofessional place now for about 6ish months. But the dentist side where they do fillings and other things, I’ve very disappointed. The fillings did not stay on in the front of my teeth. The receptionist/secretary who is supposed to book the times for me to come in has had to ask the dentist when he would like to see me. What’s the point of the front desk then? Also, when I don’t immediately pick up the phone they automatically call my mother, who is working at the hospital all the time. So if you don’t want your parents being called every time you can’t come to the phone, than this isn’t the place for you. It’s sad getting a phone call from your mom two minutes after they call you stating that they have been calling you multiple times and not picked up. Just rude people honestly.

I love this place. I recently broke a tooth (like, broke it in half, in a very difficult way) and am leaving the country very soon. Dr. Booker had me in to check it out the day we called and was able to make the crown and do the entire procedure the day after. I would have been in real trouble without them.
