The doctor is very nice and welcoming if you can deal with the receptionist.
I had a hard time finding the address, Good was directing me to the wrong side of the road over building 350,... so I posted some photos to make it easier for you guys in a case the error was not fixed by the time of your visit.

Dr. Botros is absolutely great. She is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She LISTENS to me. She also has good suggestions on how to better your health but doesn't push. That's what helped me make changes. I also like Judy, the receptionist. She has a very busy job, but has always taken time for me and is kind.

Dr. Botros is a great internal medicine doctor and does provide detailed information about overall health, however, if you anticipate to come more than once a year, do not even bother signing this doctor up as PCP. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. She gatekeeps the doctor and does not provide assistance or follows up with lab orders. My husband had a change in his health and we wanted to consult with our PCP, however, the receptionist completely blew me off and hung up on me. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Several years ago Dr.Botros saved my life. I no longer live in her area, but from time to time, have found it necessary to journey back to have her attend to my medical issues. She listens to my concerns and pinpoints the problems. I couldn't ask for more.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t bother visiting this doctor. The doctor listed absolutely inaccurate health history and concerns on my file. The receptionist simply put was extremely rude. She filed the claim with incorrect code and did not bother correcting it. I was skeptical of visiting initially due to bad reviews about receptionist but am certain now not to recommend them to anyone.
