I recently had an appointment at braces braces, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology.

Staff was fantastic—thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I appreciated how they answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The hygienist was equally wonderful, providing a gentle cleaning and sharing helpful tips for maintaining my oral health.

Overall, I highly recommend braces braces to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. Thank you for making my visit a positive one!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I was scheduled for an 8:30 AM appointment to have my braces removed, arrived on time, and waited about 10–15 minutes before being told that my permanent retainer, which goes behind my teeth, hadn’t arrived yet. Instead of notifying me beforehand, they waited until I was already there to tell me and asked if I could come back later in the afternoon—something I couldn’t do due to work and transportation issues.

On top of that, my in-office retainer took 45 minutes to an hour to make, meaning I wouldn’t have been able to leave until around 11 AM. All this wasted time, just to STILL not have everything done and now having to schedule yet another visit to get my permanent retainer installed. The manager never once came out to apologize for the inconvenience, which made the experience even more frustrating.

This office used to run much more smoothly under the previous orthodontist. Since new management took over, the service has become unorganized and unprofessional. I’m just relieved that my braces are coming off so I won’t have to deal with this office anymore.

Dr. Ash was precise and concise when he discussed the treatment plan. The visual aids (x-rays and photographs) on the enlarged monitors were a bonus.

I had a great experience as a new patient. I was seen promptly, and I was provided with adequate information about my braces. And -- and get this, my braces were put on the same day in about an hour! An hour! That's ridiculous. In a good way. I only wish they offered Whitening of the teeth, however basic, prior to putting braces on (just saying). The staff was very friendly, and the doctor -. Dr. Ash, he's very cool! Would I recommend? With flying colors, a mariachi band and a firework finale! 😁

Appointments are very quick for the most part. My daughter does say that they are very gentle with their process.

Edit: I came back to edit my review after speaking to the office manager and the doctor. They both expressed their apologies for the scheduling experience and explained that they have a call center answering service that follows a strict template when scheduling appointments and if anything like this happens in the future to get in touch with the direct location. They can review the patient plan and determine average appointment time needed to accommodate as best possible even during busy times. I appreciate the quick response and the next day appointment and for that, I feel they deserved an updated review.

We are so impressed with this office. We were able to get a consult timely. The staff was extremely courteous. Dr. Levin was awesome. Brandy was very helpful explaining the financial side as well as entertaining my daughter. Love this place already. Looking forward to working with them over the next two years.
