This place is so a breath of fresh air. They have their own building. They have some seats and waiting chairs. So they can cover plenty of patients. Some can be worked on and some can wait out front. The staff is nice, helpful and gets the dental work done on you as a whole. This is the best dentist I've been too...well one of the best actually. I would highly recommend Tinsworth's office and the man himself!

I can't say enough great things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making each visit smooth and efficient.

The orthodontist there (Dr. Mihai) is a true expert in the field. He took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about achieving the best results.

The appointment scheduling process was always a breeze, and the office staff did an amazing job of accommodating my busy schedule. I always felt confident that I was in the best hands.

I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of orthodontic care. They truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and results.

So glad I went to Dr. T! Great staff and he is the best! And after 10 years with my braces off, my teeth still look the same and haven't moved! Thanks Dr. T!

I have been a patient with Dr Tinsworth and his team for 2 years.
Their office is very welcoming, with bright decor and is spotlessly clean.
The staff are second to none, absolute professionals from receptionist to Dr Tinsworth.
Appointments are easy to make and a reminder is always sent out.
I would very highly recommend Tinsworth Orthodontics.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Tinsworth & his incredible staff! We feel like we’re family when we are there and not just a number. They make our daughters feel very welcome, seen and heard. They truthfully are so invested into each of their patients care and it’s a win win because you will have the most beautiful smile when you are finished! ?

I've taken some time after my treatment to see how my teeth would do after I was told I was finished, but I'm now ready to write this review after much thought. I'm actually very sad to have to write this honest review, because the staff at Tinsworth Orthodontics are so nice.

I paid nearly $6,000, and was told it would take about 15 months with brackets first, followed by clear correct. But from day 1 it seemed I had issues. My ceramic brackets had doors on them, instead of the traditional rubber bands that held them in place, and they popped open very frequently. I had many appointments just to get them closed again, which really got annoying. They were causing so many issues and so frequently, that the office just opted to put rubber bands around the brackets because this new "door" bracket system they had on me wasn't working. The doors just didn't stay shut no matter how delicate I was with my food choices. Following that, I had brackets straight up pop off my teeth. I don't know how common that is, but again, more visits, more pain, more annoyances.

Through out treatment, the procedures were just being performed and not discussed at any length with me. One example is that I told them I didn't ever want IPR (where they actually filed some of your tooth off to make room), but they did it anyhow, because no one discussed it with me or the other options there might be. During that visit, Dr. T also filed down a chipped front bottom tooth, and the neighboring tooth for aesthetic reasons to make them even, but had he actually ASKED me first before arbitrarily filing them, he would have learned that the unchipped tooth had actually been a filling that I just had repaired not long before (THE BRACES WERE ACTUALLY THE CAUSE OF CHIPPED MY BOTTOM TOOTH!), and I was waiting to get my braces off so I could have the chipped tooth fixed to match it (Dr. Burgess did the filling and he is incredible. Please go see him! He is thorough and explains everything). A that point in treatment I had a tooth that is still chipped and a filling that has to be redone again because it was filed short. I have to fix it again so I don't have these two stubby short teeth in the front of my mouth that are shorter than the two surrounding them.

So then I was switched to Clear Correct. This is the good part of the review. I was able to sing on a contract for 6 months using the Clear Correct system. That means on stage, singing in front of an audience, and no one ever knew I was wearing clear aligners! Amazing!

However, at the end of my treatment at my last appointment January 10, 2019, (well over the 15 months I was quoted) I was explaining how my back molars still weren't making contact, (so chewing things like spinach is almost impossible because it is so thin my teeth can't actually chew it because they don't make contact. I can't tell you how many times I have choked on spinach and had to literally pull it out of the back of my throat because I wasn't able to chew it properly.) Anyhow, I expressed this and I was told that my bite looked good, and that my teeth would "erupt." I was given no retainer at the end of my treatment. I asked about a retainer, and was told I could continue to use the last aligner in my clear correct treatment, which I had been using for a while anyhow, but I didn't need to wear it nightly anymore because treatment was over and I needed to give my teeth a chance to "erupt."

Fast forward three weeks of no retainer, and my teeth have already shifted. My teeth still haven't "erupted" and I can see my $6,000 going out the window. So for the last several months I tried wearing the last aligner to see if that would help. And yet here I am sitting here sobbing writing this knowing that I had molars that could actually chew my food properly before I spent this 6k at this office. My molars still don't touch in the back, and my front teeth are shifting and taking all the impact as they're the only ones that touch. I'm currently saving up money to go have a second opinion from another orthodontist. 🙁
