We have had the best treatment here! From exams to getting the glasses, we have no complaints. Dr. Jacoby is so nice and he’s amazing with my 5 year old son! Every single person in the opticals side is just the sweetest. I’ve worked with all of them and they are all so sweet! My son broke his glasses and they worked with me to find the quickest most affordable option and went out of their way to make sure he was able to get them the same day! We are so glad we found this office!

Excellent customer service for a scratched eye (from a puppy)!! Everything ran smoothly from the initial last-minute phone call, to checking in at the front desk, intake, exam, and exit. We could not have asked for a better experience!! Thank you for taking the time to care!!

I have gone to Dr Jacoby for over ten yrs. His staff is always very friendly. Dr Jacoby even saw me years back on a Sat for a scratched cornea when the office was closed. I've gone in as a walk in a few times as well and was seen and treated kindly. Ive seen him busy and I've seen him when he can sit down and chat a bit more. I do trust his judgment and would highly recommend him. Even though my insurance isnt accepted anymore there, I self pay and I'm even having some issues recently and still going back, out of pocket.
