Dr. Ciavarelli made an uncomfortable procedure so much better with her kind and funny demeanor. She was really communicative and empathetic and I wish every doctor I had was like her! And the two nurses were also very kind and helpful, all around good experience. Will definitely recommend this practice to other people!

Dr. Michael Henry is an expert at administering a shot. I got a Cortizone shot in my heel and he made the experience pleasant. He was patient in listening to my concerns.

The office is easy to find and the staff is friendly. Overall, I had a good experience today.

My husband Matt and I go here and anytime I have a foot issue or the toenails are beign a tad awful this is the best place he is so kind and so nice I absolutely love the staff and doctors cant find a better guy here. I'm blessed to not have to many issues besides a think he diagnosed a few broken toes a sprained ankle and a few bunions lol nothing awful. Keep doing whatever you are doing we appreciate it!

Dr. Henry Was beyond disrespectful and unethical attending to my disabled sister today. My sister has been attending his office for over 3 yrs. Today was different. He knows that she needs time to cope and understand the purpose of the appointment. As I tried mediate and allow her to get comfortable with him looking at her foot. He stormed out of the room stating the he was done with her, refusing to continue with the appointment. I requested to speak with him and his nursing staff had to ask him to return to speak with me and answer some of my concerns about her foot. I was calm the entire time and there was no reason for him not to speak with me. Instead he cut me off and said he would write her a prescription . He left the door open to our room, allowing others to know what was going on, violating her privacy rights. His nursing staff even looked surprised by his by his action, offering some assistance which assistance he refused. I basically had to beg him to answer my concerns for her foot care. Mind you all my disabled sister did was hide her foot. She didn't yell, scream or fight. She doesn't know how to express her pain, so hiding her foot may have been a way to avoid more pain. The fact that he thought he could be disrespectful and treat us so rudely and be so dismissive leaves me frustrated, disappointed and very concerned. I'm not sure if the answers he provided to my concerns were accurate or just a response to get us out of his office. Her appointment was at 11:45 and he kicked us out before 12pm. If this is how he treats his patients who have a communication deficit, don't take your loved ones here!!! DISGUSTING!

I have been bringing my son here for about 2 years now and have been happy with all staff. Today my son was having a very rough day, all of the girls up front offered to help and they were genuine. We have never waited more than a few minutes and Dr Dubois is always patient and does a great job of explaining the issues with my sons feet and the pros and cons of any treatments

Continue to receive a statement for a deceased patient (my grandmother). I informed the business of my grandmother's passing and requested a call back in April 2023. Instead of a call, I received another copy of the same statement several months later. Seems they really need this $76. Recommend seeking treatment from another provider.

Deciding to have surgery, I chose Brandywine Podiatry because of my earlier experiences with Dr. Frumento. This location was not as convenient as the Silverside Road office. However, Dr. Korey DuBois, my second-opinion surgeon, was another true representative of the "Center for Excellence" and well worth the drive. His bedside manner, knowledge and attention to detail really raised my levels of comfort and confidence. To make a long story short, Dr. DuBois recommended physical therapy rather than surgery.
