I am going with a one star. Girl seemed kinda moody as I walked in. My appointment I scheduled was for 4:30. Text said 4:30. I arrived at 4:30 and was told I have to be there at 4:30. Well I was told to reschedule because I arrived at 4:30 and I should’ve been there at 4:15. That’s the dumbest thing I ever heard. Then maybe schedule my appointment at 4:15 and I’ll come at 4:15. So I will lose $300+ in overtime and my wasted time for nothing. I can’t reschedule because I don’t know when I will be able to leave work early since I typically work 60 hours. But I don’t want to deal with a group that gives you one time but means another.

Great overall experience there.
Dr. Haag was very professional and gave me great advice on helping alleviate my foot pain. I highly recommend this location.

I took my 90 year old mother in law in. Her feet (are still ) in bad shape. She never did anything with them. Dry flaky thick calluses and long nails. I explained it on the phone when I made the appointment and I explained it when we got there. They told me that they do a full nail, buff, shave any callus and her feet will be amazing when we left. The doctor barely said hello to her trimmed her toenails a little bit out of the room he went. Within 15 minutes all total. Told her to rub some lotion on her feet and that was it. The co-pay is $65 it’s only $42 for her heart specialist, her family practitioner. But some reason Dr. Appel believes that his 15 minute toenail trim is worth $65 co-pay and Lord knows what he will be charging the insurance company!

Brandywine podiatry is the best thing I’ve ever done for my feet! Being diabetic and elderly it’s such a comfort to have my feet checked and cared for by a professional. Having said that Dr. Haag and the staff are truly supportive and caring. Dr. Haag was highly recommended to me by a good friend and I am so glad. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy!
