Today, I saw Dr. Claudia Mallette and from the moment I walked into the office it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Claudia spent time with me to hear my concerns and present options for a solution. Dr. Claudia was able to treat my concern on site in the office and it was nearly pain free. She sent me home with literature and great understanding of phase 2 for treatment and recovery. I am grateful for Dr. Mallette and her kind, gentle bedside manner.

I’ve been seeing Dr Milatte, BRIAN and Claudia. Both doctors. Their personality is so unbelievable they’re very kind very thoughtful very understanding and very attentive. I read a few negative reviews. I don’t understand them because the doctor didn’t wear a mask. My question is why didn’t you wear the mask and you would’ve been protected, their good doctors they make sure they diagnose the problem and usually before the days out or two days is out you’re starting to feel better. I highly recommend both of them.

Dr Mallette was absolutely amazing with my 10 year old daughter. Every visit he has made her feel comfortable and he puts her at ease. We had a procedure due to continuous infections and Sarah was so thorough with explaining everything that her and the doctor were going to do. The entire staff at the Melbourne office is great. Thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable and being able to make her laugh.

Dr. Mallette has drug me along over the last 6 months and 4 visits to his office (paying each time) to tell me to just stay off my foot until he can operate. Today his staff informed me he can't do surgery because I have Health First insurance (which they take for office visits but aparently not for surgeries) and needed to find another Dr.
Do not recommend if you are looking for help and a solution not to just be drug along.

Update to response: Mr. Mallette canceled my appointment for an MRI in preparation for surgery because he said it was not needed as the cyst had burst through my skin so he did not feel an MRI was required since he knew what it was and that he needed to do surgery to remove the sac because it would fill again. At that appointment he said he would have his staff call me back at the end of the week for next step. I even said I would pay out of pocket for the procedure. Never recieved a call. Meanwhile another hole to the same cyst opened on my heel draining and leaving me with 3 holes in the bottom of my foot and his only response when I called was to put neosporin and a bandaid on it. I had 4 appointments over 5 months for him to take 7 mins each time and not do anything to help totaling $300 in copays and nothing being done.

I went in to see Dr Mallette. He and his receptionist do not wear a facial mask. I was so rattled and nervous that I did not even ask him any of the questions that I wanted to ask. He put one on when I said it bothered me. I know I should have just left, but I was so rattled that I didn't even think of it. I just wanted in and out quickly. But my insurance still paid and I had to pay my copay. The worst doctor's appointment I've ever had! I learned a lesson. if someone doesn't have a mask on I'll leave
