Visit was great! Dental assistant very helpful. Everyone very friendly. Dr K took great care of my tooth. I am going to make Dr K my regular DDS. The dental staff was good, however, there is a big problem with the financial side. I specifically asked if they were in network and they said they were. Unfortunately, only 1 of there 3 doctors is in network. They failed to share this. The dentist in network was away on military leave and they did not share this. They simply had another dentist perform the services who was not in services. Therefore my services were not covered. Had they been honest with me I would have waited for the dentist who was in network to return. I went on Monday and specifically asked if I would owe anything for the crown. I was told no, it would be covered. Today they told me I owed them $1000 plus for work completed two days ago which had been done by a dentist out of network without informing me.

Was sent a bill over a year and a half later for my daughter for almost $900. We were told they were in network with our insurance. We paid a copay at the time. The dentist and hygienist were okay but they run a really sketchy business practice. I confirmed several times that my insurance was accepted. I understand it’s my responsibility to confirm with my insurance by calling the insurance company. But who actually does that? We take the word of providers most of the time. To blatantly lie to customers is so sketchy. Won’t make that mistake again. Weird how this bill came after switching dentist. I would steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being hit with outrageous surprise bills.

Everyone in the office was very nice. The dentist took the time to talk to me and make sure I understood the best treatment for my son. Very helpful will return
Update: changed price when I returned for scheduled visit. No one knew what was happening or how to properly explain that the services were over $200 what i was originally quoted out of pocket. Good marketing scheme though. Making sure people leave review before services rendered.

This place is AMAZING!! Our little girls regular dentist could not see her and it was almost the weekend when she was in alot of pain . I was calling around desperately looking for someone and this place took her in same day and was absolutely excellent. We are so impressed with the cost, Dentist and staff we decided to make this her new dentist. She loves them as well. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!
