Dr burkinheimer was supposed to cut out on my big toe the right side of my toe. That's what I told him to do.. get home take the bandage off and he has done both sides. I did NOT ask him to do that.. His staff is down right rude especially the last that answers the phone.. I think my toe might be infected and they can't even write me antibiotics without seeing me in person and I live in Tuckerman. The Medicaid ride system is a joke!!! You can't even get a ride if a driver has not been assigned the day before by a certain time!!!! WILL NOT BE GOIN BACK!!!

Been seeing Dr. B for a couple years now. I've had foot problems for years and am a diabetic. So I go to get nails and calloused trimmed down. He and his staff have always been very kind, professional. Knowledgeable as well as kind to me. I will continue to see them for any foot problems I may have.

I'm giving a one star because the doctor was nice, but the nurse was kinda rude when it came to my 5year old son and just all around not very nice. I've been dealing with this foot problem for 3mths now and limited on what I can do, was told to call back if issue continues. I call and they avoid my calls and voicemails. Very disappointed because I had hoped this would be a caring and helpful clinic.

Update:
Apparently if you leave a review to their disliking after you have already established patient with them they do not answer the phone and that is so unprofessional. The doctor was kind but the fact that their profession is to help people and they don't unless they feel like it is a disappointment to the field.

This doctor and his staff are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. The doctor literally started a procedure on my brother before his foot was numb and then began to call him weak and “whimpy” for not tolerating the pain. He then proceeded to tell my father he couldn’t cancel the following appointments they had scheduled. As a health care worker myself, I am embarrassed for these individuals to be in the same field as me.

Did the wrong surgery for what I needed and ended up having to have a more invasive surgery with longer heal time with a different doctor. The hardware he inserted was coming out too! The lady in the office is also incredibly rude, with no reason. You tell her you need a surgery scheduled and she snaps at you about it and every encounter after is rude too. The doc didn’t give any kind of clear directions on post surgical care. Go to Conway to Foot & Ankle Speciality clinic...it is SO WORTH THE DRIVE! Whatever you do, don’t go here.
