This office closed in Feb, 2023 due to Dr sudden demise. This was a great Dr and I honestly missed him. I was 1 of his first patient. Blippie his wife was also a great person. To whoever met them and became his patient knew they were in great hands. Despite what a couple of people say or write overall he was a great physician!! Dr you are truly missed! My God welcome your spirit in for your eternal rest and continue to protect and provide for your 3 young men and wife!!

This receptionist got mad that I asked if they had a HIPPA or Privacy violation complaint form and general complaint form. She said, no and I said, thank you and proceeded to walk out. The reception then shouted, you don't need to come back here, find yourself another doctor, I am deleting all your information from the computer. She then proceeded to follow me outside as I walked to my car and she yelled the same thing outside the door. The receptionist had no idea that there was someone on my blue tooth the entire time I was in the office. Although Ms. Penny warned me that many patients had complained about this receptionist, I never imagined a visit for a refill and possible new referral would end with such hostility and being followed outside and threatened after asking for complaint information. The behavior was UNACCEPTABLE and VERY THREATENING and HOSTILE. That is not how patients should be treated, I asked several times if I was being punked or if I was on candid camera and that I had no idea what was going on. I repeated the same answer about 10-15 times, the same thing i said when I called and made the appointment. I said what was asked over and over when asked why I was there. I even asked them what they wanted me to say but to no avail, they kept at it. The referral tech expressed verbally how she hated the motherf**kers at the OBGYN I had a referral with and the she had been arguing with those bit*hes all week (her exact words- profanity and all. You cannot act this way to patients AND the receptionist cosigned her dislike of the OBGYN staff as well. I am not sure if Dr. Sobowale is aware of this kind of behavior, the sad thing is, the Nurse Practitioner said nothing. BOTH RECEPTIONIST AND REFERRAL TECH NEED TO BE TERMINATED.
