Everyone was helpful when needed and respectful of the moment,even when they were busy. My sister had lost her phone or had left it laying on her food tray . Was very upset. Went to front desk to report ( Ann Marie) was very helpful and did have 2 ,one being ours. Thank her for being kind to take time out of her busy schedule to help us . And to those who were honest to bring to someone attention. My sister has been there a couple weeks now ,and taking therapy for a fractured pelvic, I appreciate your staff, don't have the names but they handle persons with care and it's not a easy job.
Thank you for the care of good people to care for persons of need. A smile goes a long way . ☺️ and a good heart.

My wife is a rehab patient at the facility. I must compliment the staff, they are not only professional but very caring with the patients. There have been some hiccups but they were quickly fixed. Overall Buckingham is an excellent facility.

My mother has mid to late stage dementia and the Medicaid process is ridiculous. Luckily they have an amazing Medicaid coordinator Kim Harris that helped me through the entire process for my mothers coverage. She guided me through all the steps that I needed to take for a smooth transition of care coverage. If I had a question she was right there to answer it. The facility and other residents are clean and taken care of. I have already recommended Buckingham to a friend that is going through the same events with her grandmom.

I’ve felt good with leaving my mom in the care of Buckingham when I could no longer keep her at home. The nursing and cna staff have always taken good care of her, the girls in activities are great at getting her to go to their activities, even if she just hangs out, and anytime I’ve had a question or concern Lois has been there to answer them for me, she’s been amazing at helping me feel comfortable with leaving my mom with them.

Buckingham always has friendly and helpful staff on duty. The caregivers are available meeting the needs of residents. I don't know many by name, but I have met Jesus many times. He is always so positive and helpful to everyone.
The building is clean and fresh smelling. There are many activities to participate in and a lovely courtyard to enjoy in nice weather.

My husband has been at Buckingham Valley Rehab for only one day and I must say, he is having excellent treatment. I'm at peace to know that he's in good hands. Having had a terrible experience at a different nursing home( rehab), that I was worried about all places. But my mind is at ease. I'm very satisfied.

My mother was a resident at Buckingham, the nursing staff and aides, dietitian, people at the front desk, pt and ot, maintenance, activity employees were always willing to help and talk to me. No place is perfect, there were some challenges with certain staff. The Nurse practitioners were available to me to discuss my mother’s health. My suggestion to improving the facility is making the doctors available, which for the most part non existent for her time at Buckingham which was over 1.5 years. Another suggestion is focus on better quality food to help the residents thrive and not just give them below quality food that can contribute to poor health and outcomes. I did feel comfortable that my mother was safe at the facility, however there were times that I needed to repeatedly ask for certain things to be done. Perhaps increase staffing and have a better evaluation of hiring appropriate staff for this type of environment that requires empathy and good work ethic.

Hi, Buckingham Valley has been an excellent place for my husband Bob. He’s usually uncomfortable being in places, but he was very comfortable here. All the staff cleaning people everyone is super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend someone coming here. I would come here it’s it’s been a relief for me leaving him here and thank you for all you’ve done every one of you on every department.
