What a pleasant surprise: Both Dr. Matt and Keri, the hygienist, we’re awesome to work with! They both took their time, thoroughly answered my questions and were both knowledgeable and gentle. My teeth are so clean now and they were willing to work with my specific needs/requests. My kids had good experiences as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone (& my brother is a dentist in NYC; I’m very familiar with general dentistry) Thank you both… I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning!!

I switched from Columbia Dental in New Milford to Dr. Caceci three years ago and I’m so glad that I did. Every time I’ve been here, the office is always very clean and it’s never too busy. It’s always been an in and out experience whenever I schedule my appointment with no waiting whatsoever. I really appreciate the fact that every hygienist I’ve met here is always very friendly and kind. Everyone I’ve spoken to at least engages in conversation just to see how my day is going. You can tell they really like their job and their workplace. The biggest compliment I have on this office is their cleanings. I used to be afraid of the dentist since I’ve had bad past experiences at other dentist offices with either the hygienists being too rough during flossing or not using the utensils correctly and causing unnecessary bleeding or scraping or sometimes not even doing a good job. But ever since I started going here I haven’t faced a negative experience with either of those things. I enjoy going to the dentist now and look forward to each appointment!

Wonderful family dentistry practice! I have come to this practice for the last 4 years and drove over an hour each time to see the Cacecis. They are all worth the drive! Everyone working here is genuinely nice and puts you at ease. I never experienced any pain during extensive dental work here. They are kind and professional. They always check to make sure you are comfortable and without pain throughout the visit! I would recommend this practice to anyone! Dr. Matt Caceci is my new dentist and he is wonderful. 5/5 service!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. I have referred friends and family without hesitation. Everyone is friendly, professional and caring. Dental procedures are always explained and patient comfort is a top priority. The office is beautiful and equipment up to date. I highly recommend Dr. John and Dr. Paul as well as the wonderful assistants and hygienists.

As someone who’s had state insurance for the past 10 years, I haven’t found a single good dentist. I’ve gone to at least 6 or 7 different dentists in that time, each time trying to find a better dentist and falling short. I’ve had extremely painful procedures where the pain in my jaw lasted for weeks after. I’ve had teeth filed down that never should have been, and I even had a tooth pulled! I’ve tried to take better care of my teeth in light of all the awful dental procedure, but nonetheless my most recent dentist was adamant about pulling 2-3 MORE teeth! I’m 25 years old and I don’t have bad teeth. I was so upset. Then, a friend recommended Dr. Caceci. The new Milford office is a little over an hour one way, but he is worth every minute of that drive. Never in my life have I met such a kind, skilled dentist and the women who work in the office are incredible and have even helped me when I had to bring my youngest son to my appointment, letting him play in the waiting room. They are absolutely incredible. If you live within driving distance, I HIGHLY reccomend!!!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. Naturally I was nervous about going back. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. John and the staff. My hygienist was great. Had a great personality, totally made me feel comfortable and NOT judged (this was my biggest concern about going back to the dentist after so long!). Office is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

I was terrified to go to the dentist. Everyone I met there was extremely kind and most importantly patient with me. Dr. Matt took the time to talk with me and answer all of my questions along with making a plan for me. His assistant was very personable and has a great down to earth personality. I have been going to Dr. John Caceci since I was a kid. He’s very gentile and is completely honest when it comes to your dental needs. I’ve heard horror stories from friends that go elsewhere, being told that they themselves or their children need they pulled that are totally not needed. You won’t get that here. If something needs immediate attention or if it can wait and isn’t completely urgent, Dr. John will let you know. I bring my kids here now and they love everyone here too.
Always go with a family practice and not corporate, you will get the best one on one care and not be treated like a number. You become part of the family.
