I began seeing Dr. Allie in my third trimester for general wellness and an easier labor as recommended by my chiropractor. I credit her care for helping my body cope with the “common” ailments of pregnancy — hip & lower back pain, waddle-walking, painful scar tissue from my first baby, urinary issues, etc. My baby stayed in a great position for the remainder of my pregnancy, & I did end up having a very fast, smooth, unmedicated (!) labor that I wanted. Dr. Allie makes what could be seen as a very uncomfortable form of therapy feel totally non-invasive. She cheered me just like a dear friend would & gave me tons of confidence about having the birth experience I dreamed of!

Ya'll are the best! Started pelvic floor therapy while pregnant with my 5th kiddo. In addition to chiropractic and prenatal massage which I did for 2,3 and 4. Noticed a huge difference in my labor and home birth this time though! Baby came in 15 minutes once labor started! So incredible what our bodies can do!

Dr. Allie is absolutely incredible. I have had pelvic floor issues since having my first child in 2008. I have seen a bunch of pelvic floor therapists and never had any luck with improving any of my symptoms. I found Dr. Allie 15 months after my second child and was feeling absolutely hopeless and broken. She changed my life. After seeing her just a few times i already felt so much better and was less symptomatic as each day passed. She restored so much of my confidence- she is a literal angel.
