Dr. Francis is truly exceptional and deserves more than 5 stars!! I had multiple consultations before I met Dr. Francis, and I immediately knew he was the right person for my surgery. Right from the start, his friendly, warm, and positive demeanor, along with his excellent communication skills, assured me that I was in good hands. He took the time to truly understand my concerns and goals for the surgery, and his expertise in plastic surgery, particularly submental liposuction for my case, exceeded my expectations. Dr. Francis even explained how his approach will also target my jawline/mandible area to help with my overall face slimming.
The recovery process was a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel a million times more confident and have received many compliments, and it's only been 6 weeks—the swelling will continue to decrease. Lauren was my coordinator for the surgery and she is really great too, they are super nice and made me feel so comfortable which is so important when deciding to look into any operation.
