I have been going to Dr. Campbell for over 20 years and I am very happy with her. She refers to specialists when she feels it's warranted. I never feel like she is blowing a symptom off or is ignoring my concerns.

Called to get an appointment for my foot hurting was told dr cambpell wanted me to come in so she could look at it and take X-rays when got there and finally seen her she didn’t look at my foot nor did she touch it to see which way if you turned it in any direction did it cause more pain or not and no X-ray was done just told to take an anti inflammatory she prescribed and if in 4 weeks it doesn’t stop hurting call for an appointment no thank you I will not sit for 4 weeks in this type of pain that wakes me in middle of the night and can barely walk then go back and have to wait for another appointment for orthopedic office. Her and I aren’t a good fit so won’t be going back.

I've been seeing Dr. Campbell for about 3 years now. I've only had positive experiences with her and her staff. I feel like she always listens to my concerns, and I have never received any surprise bills.

Absolutely disgusted with how i am treated here. I finally am able to come see a doctor after a year of suffering, and my first appointment is already awful. i was given NOTHING for my symptoms. I have severe excema and i have been throwing up for a year, i am 80 pounds now(we are still figuring out what is going on) I used to be 130. I needed something for my symptoms. Not even anything crazy, My NORMAL EVERY DAY medicine my PEDIATRICIAN perscribed me. I am in constant pain every day of my life and i have to wait MONTHS OUT because she wants me to see a specialist before even ATTEMPTING to give me medicine for my pain. Just today, i had an appointment to a gastro, and guess what? SHE SENT ME TO ONE THAT DOESNT EVEN TAKE MY INSURANCE. I sad at that office for AN HOUR before they just told me they didn't take my insurance. I believe i am not being truly cared for with my best interest at heart.
I live my life in pain EVERY day. I cannot bend my arms without being in horrible pain. I have mentioned all the medicines my PEDIATRIC DOCTOR perscribed me. I've been taking these my whole life and yet i am perscribed absolutely nothing. I am sitting here WRITHING in pain as i type this. If it turns out that i am diagnosed with something terrible and I'm sitting here with appointments months out and no medicine to quell my symptoms, you all will be hearing from me. This is negligence to the highest level. They have no intent to help me. I am in so much pain.

Same as other reviews!!! The office staff are RUDE and Campbell is to busy to even care about new patients. I took my granddaughter into office and the nurse was like she is really busy but we can let her see practitioner which was okay and we schedule next appointment but called to reschedule and then for another appointment and they send letter saying it was a no show twice which was incorrect. However because of the lack of empathy and willingness to listen, We certainly was not going back. The front desk rattled off a couple of no shows and I was not even going to dignify it because they say what they want and it’s OKAY. Moved over to a more caring and understanding practice! Campbell needs to look into a lot of what the staff does and say!!!

Very abrupt with me as a new patient. She was not interested in my past medical history, and flat out said she had no time to review the information that I had brought with me and we could talk about it at my "wellness" visit in 6 months. Then, she still would not spend the time to discuss it when she was supposed to block out an hour to do so at this comprehensive wellness visit. I guess she had better things to do that day. She questioned every medication that I was taking (well, it is helping you?). Gee, I guess if my blood pressure is under control, I guess it is? How would I know unless I stopped taking it? She suggested I stop taking my BP medicine because of my good readings? She questioned the vitamin regimen that I was taking as well, with no explanation as to why I should stop what I was taking. Then, at my wellness appointment, she did not run all of the bloodwork tests that were supposed to be done, another expense and waste of my time for a repeat visit. She will not refill maintenance prescriptions when needed without an appointment. Every GP I have had across 8 different states would happily write a refill. If I could give her zero stars, I would. I've seen her three or four times in 18 months. Each time she has been abrupt, and in some cases flat out rude. I am not going to see her again, she has no care for her patients, imho. Worst doctor I have ever seen ever and would recommend against seeing her. Not too many good choices in Warner Robins apparently, and she is not one of them.

Her front office staff are OK, her nurse is rude too.

I made an appointment with Dr. Campbell and they said that it was a no show. I called them twice to let them know that I couldn’t make it because of work. I never was able to meet Dr. Campbell, but I even offered to pay the $25 to be seen because I heard she was a good doctor. I know now that maybe it’s not about the care of patients from this doctor. Think twice before scheduling an appointment.

Dr. Campbell is very thorough with amazing bedside manor. Very easy to talk to. I love the fact that she takes time with her patients and makes you feel like a person and not just a number.
The staff are all friendly and welcoming..
