I'm grading on a curve because this is a small place inside a courthouse with one employee.

I was "trapped" here for a few days when serving on a jury, but I was very plesantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendiness of the service! The sandwiches were made fresh, and the burritos looked good too. I heard no complaintns from my fellow jurors.

My last day serving I had a long lunch and plenty of time to leave the courthouse and go somewhere else, but I was happy to just eat there.

I have only eaten here once after a new owner took over. It was fine and I liked that they added a way to order online. However, the inconsistency of when they are open makes them now more inconvenient. I hear that staffing is the supposed reason but more times then not (especially on Mondays) they are closed. People who come here for court then have to leave and find lunch which adds extra time and travel which is a burden to people who might not have easy means to do so.

Great sandwiches! The guys that run this shop put a lot of effort into the menu and service. They offer unique snack & beverage options too. Prices are reasonable and the service is fast & friendly.

Don’t believe the reviews mentioning waitresses - this is a small establishment in the Boulder county courthouse.

These guys are great. My sandwiches are always good and fresh. They get busy and still they are helpful. The lunch rush can take a few more minutes but that is understandable. This is a new business and they have made big improvements over the last one. If you have suggestions on what you want to see there, they are open to hear them.

This place is *inside the justice center*, so you have to go through security to get there. Clearly intended for those who work there and anyone having business with the courts. And the coffee was awful: lukewarm and under-extracted.

So obviously some of these reviews are fake, I am unsure why the owners are getting attacked via Google reviews, but the sandwich was good enough that I felt like leaving a review. The new owners are very nice and I had a veggie sandwich. I forgot its proper name on their menu but I was happy to see that they had a couple of vegetarian friendly options on their menu. The food was good quality and the veggies were fresh. The location was clean, cleaner than most sandwich shops I have been to. (I used to work in the medical field and became a bit of a germaphobe, so I was really glad to see how clean it was, as most sandwich places are lacking in cleanliness.) They had a good selection of drinks in stock and I found their prices to be extremely fair, especially considering how hard inflation has also hit businesses. Just saying, if my Starbucks drink went up two full dollars this year, than I am unsure how this restaurant is keeping their prices as low as they are. I normally spend 15-18 on a sandwich and the sandwich I ordered was only around 10, and it was PACKED with goodies. They didnt skimp on the sauce, cheese, or veggies, like other places do. I recommend this place and honestly take most of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. You can tell that several of them are fake.
