When the website said walk-ins welcome I was first in line when they opened this morning at 9:00am. Check-in was quick and easy. Wasn’t called back into a room until 11:30. I saw the PA versus the doctor and not out of there until 12:20pm. I’ve never waited 3 hours to see a doctor in my life so I was definitely disappointed. Everyone was very nice but it does not seem like they treat walk-ins the same way they treat appointments even if you are there right when they open.

Came in for an issue with my finger. Set up an appointment online and was quickly helped by the staff.

My doctor, Michelle, was very kind and empathetic while helping to enact the treatment while the person taking my initial info, Chloe, was also very effective and helpful. They suggested I take antibiotics and were able to get the order in for immediate pick-up from my pharmacy. Highly recommend, particularly for Dr. Michelle’s approach to patients.

Always great coming here for a quick and easy diagnosis for infection and the such. Also for injuries. Clean facility, friendly staff, great PA, and Doctors. Thank you for all you do. You have taken care of my entire family during emergencies that are not meant for the ER.

In and out in 45 minutes! I broke my ankle today around 11:30am. Thought about trying to treat it at home but then decided at 12:45 PM I should probably go to urgent care. I went online to Carbon health and schedule an appointment for 1:15 PM I got there at 1:10 PM and after quickly registering, I was taken back to an exam room by the nicest man, x-rayed, met with PA Michelle and then had a fiberglass cast put on. I was out of there before 2 PM. So in about 45 minutes I was in and out. I can't say enough good things about this place and their staff! Quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an urgent care and a very convenient location.

Carbon Health in San Marcos has been an integral part of my healthcare for the past few years. They have taken great care of 4 or so urgent care visits for various reasons including several kitchen cuts needing stitches or proper care, pneumonia, testing etc.. I am so grateful that they are so close to me, and the app. and ease of scheduling an appointment is great.
But the staff are the real stars here. From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, nurse, Physician’s Assistant and Physician all have been professional, punctual, knowledgeable, caring and supportive.
The office itself is immaculately clean. 5 stars all around.

January 12, 2023. This morning, I visited Carbon Health Urgent Care and would like to share my feedback. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. The staff is both friendly and professional, and the facility is impeccably clean. My online appointment ensured a prompt entry without any wait. The entire process, from check-in to completion, took 45 minutes. I am especially grateful to PA Taera Felkins and Brian, the X-ray specialist, for their professionalism and friendliness, and knowledge . My sincere thanks to both of them and the entire staff for making my visit exceptionally pleasant.
