Seems to be a problem with the logistics of this place. My wife had an appt set up three weeks ago they called her the day before saying it might be the next day before they can work her in for epidural then said it still wasn't approved. We have great insurance. She missed 2 days of work for this don't seem to want to return a phone call. Medical staff is great but who ever handles the front or the insurance need ls to find another job that is not as demanding is my guess.

I came to Care Medical Center with a nagging shoulder injury and with the help from their experienced professionals my shoulder has improved tremendously. They gave me a regiment of stretches and strength exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles and my shoulder is tremendously better. Thank you Care Medical Center for improving my daily life!

I had knee injections. On my consultation visit everything was explained in detail. They worked with my insurance to get everything approved and worked with me paying my out of pocket expenses. Appointments were scheduled to my convenience. I highly recommend Care Medical and have already referred patients to them.

Dr. Smotherman is the best Chiropractor I have been treated by. No to mention he has amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend giving them a shot verses any other chiropractic practice in Tifton.

I have been using Tifton care specialist for the last two years for my knees, I have received both pt and knee injections and have had no issues and the staff has been wonderful!! I have also used them for my neck back and shoulder issues after a car accident and have received pain blocks, chiropractor care and other services and once again everyone has been wonderful including the front desk staff with scheduling appointments and dealing with my emergency cancellations making sure I get back in with the quickest appt they can!! Thank you to all the care specialist team of Tifton, I highly recommend!!

Some of the nurses and Lpn need to be a little more friendly and the out patient rooms need to be kept up a little better, paper and little syringe caps .
etc need to be picked up..make sure the rooms are clean before putting a patient in the room. some of the people working there ..need to remember that's the profession they chose ..so they need to have a little bit better attitude towards the patients and not act like they would rather be aby where but there.,and they need to remember that ..they are there to do a job...not gossip about the patients or other employees ...where ever one can hear them...and if they can't do the job they chose...with a smile and friendly attitude, then go home and spare everyone there the trouble of having to deal with your bad attitude and complaining.so in short...Have cleaner rooms and better caring LpNs and staff.you came to work ...not gossip about the patience or other employees.So make this place a friendly and happy place to visit.

I have had headaches for most of my life almost on a daily basis. I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years some for years at a time just trying to find some relief.. I had already accepted the fact that there was nothing that could be done to stop them. In the past three months I had a headache from as soon as I got up until I went to bed with it often waking me up several times. I came to Care Medical because I was just hurting sooo bad but I honestly didn’t think this place would be any different! Dr. Briggs popped my neck when no one else has ever been able to! I walked out of here with hope! My headache eased just after one visit! It’s been a month since I’ve been coming here and I haven’t had a headache since!! I’m telling you, if you need someone to help you, even if you’ve tried several before just give them a try!! I promise you won’t regret it!! They have changed my life! Everyone here is so caring and friendly! You can not ask for better people to help you.💗

I went in for a free consultation with them. I went in to do the consultation and consultation was not free. I must admit I gave them my insurance card but did not think anything of it till my insurance was charged. I called the tifton office and the girl was very rude to me and said we don't deal with billing here call valdosta office. I called that office and they procedded to tell me that in my chart it was documented that I had exam done and tour of facilty and all kind of things that I never got. I only spoke to pa for around five to ten minutes. They charged my insurance 200 dollars and claimed I agreeded to treatment that I did not . If they consultation is free just say that don't lie and cheat people then be ugly when they call.
