Three weeks ago, I had an initial appointment at Dr. Ellison’s office, where I was assessed by Candace. The intake assessment took over two and a half hours. I was scheduled for another appointment on February 5 to see Dr. Ellison, who would prescribe medication for my pain management. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and was taken to the back, where I met with Dara, the nurse practitioner. She entered the room, but there was something on the computer that instructed me to wait a minute. It took 35 minutes for her to return, during which time she informed me that they could not provide treatment because they could not accept the referral from Atlanta. I explained that all my surgeries were performed in Atlanta, and I could not be hospitalized in Valdosta. However, this did not seem to matter to her or the physician who never entered the room to introduce himself or explain the reason for their refusal.
I have reviewed your previous reviews, and I understand that you all highly recommend this clinic. The only aspect I can commend is the staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, I will never return to Dr. Ellison’s office.

My attorney referred me to them following my car accident. Recently they’ve began scheduling my appointments knowing that they’d be closed during my appointment times and call to inform me the DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT!! I’ll be speaking with my attorney immediately to be sent elsewhere as this is highly irritating. Everything was going fine up until this point but now I no longer wish to do any sort of business with them whatsoever.

Great place for getting back to yourself when your body is out of alignment there physical therapy department is top notch and all the staff I have interacted with have been very friendly and helpful and they have been very accommodating whenever I have needed to make any changes with scheduling and I haveent had and issues of any kind! All of the staff members I have interacted with have genuine and really want to help all of there patients I would recommend for anyone in need of chiropractic alignment, or regaining strength through physical therapy, pain management needs or just wanting a massage to give Care Medical and there staff a chance to get you back to the best version of yourself I am confident that you will be satisfied with the friendly staff and find the results you are looking for!!!
