First and foremost the only reason this place even deserves 1 star is because of the Manager we dealt with and the nurse that took my wife’s vitals. They were both very sweet and understanding. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alexandria Feliciano to have her do an exam on my wife about a pretty concerning matter. I’ve never been to CareATC, so I had no idea what to expect. We both work third shift, so I scheduled her appointment at 5:30am. We worked all night and went straight in there to her appointment. My wife gets there about 8 minutes before her appointment and they make her do paperwork and get a urine sample around 5:30. That was fine, no big deal. We go back to the room and the nurse got her vitals and asked some questions about things that were on her file from a previous appointment. My wife then asked if she could use the bathroom to freshen up before the exam and the nurse showed her to the bathroom. About 2 minutes later, the nurse and doctor come into the room. Alexandria came in seemed like she was in big hurry and said, “We had an appointment for an exam and several other things were mentioned and it has to be one or the other. This is a 30 minute appointment and y’all only have 5 minutes left. If she wants, I can call her about her other issues later, but she’s only got 5 minutes left to do her exam.” I then said, “Well I’ve never been here before and I was never aware of a timed appointment..” I was genuinely in shock from how rude she was and I believe the nurse was too. Then she asked the nurse, “I’m assuming she’s not dressed yet either since she’s in the bathroom?” Then proceeded to walk to the bathroom and knock on the door 4 times and tells my wife to hurry up she only has 4 minutes left of her appointment. To say I was appalled by this behavior is a HUGE understatement. I immediately grabbed our stuff and told my wife we were leaving. I am very upset by this because my wife and I dedicate 50-65 hours a week to this company and very rarely do we even utilize the CareATC program, and we also work third shift which makes it even harder to get to appointments. The ONE time I schedule an appointment there this is how we got treated.. and mind you this was a pretty serious matter, which is why I was there with my wife. We took time off from work to be there and didn’t even get any kind of relief about what was going on with my wife. I hope that y’all can find a more caring and compassionate doctor because Alexandria Feliciano is in the wrong line of work. The medical field should absolutely be the LAST profession she works in. I also asked a few other people about this woman and they have had horrible experiences with her as well. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this appointment I will honestly never go back or recommend anyone to go there. Free or not, I’d much rather have a caring, compassionate and understanding doctor that charges me 2k+ than whatever that mess was. If appointments are only 30 minutes that really needs to be established at the time of making the appointment because I promise you had I of known that I would’ve never even wasted my time.

My Husband went in for an appointment complaining of high anxiety and would go through bouts of not catching his breath. He just had major surgery. The Doctor prescribed something that didn't work. He also stated that anxiety will not kill you. There is no worst feeling thinking your having a hard time breathing due to anxiety .
By the way waterboarding won't kill you either but it is considered torture.

Went to wellness center 5/11/18 pain in left lower leg, swelling, discoloration to left foot..received order for ultrasound..went for ultrasound..on way back home to get ready for my Aunts funeral something popped behind my knee..excruciating pain, I could hardly walk, crying uncontrollably trying to get into my house..I dont take pain pills but I did take some advil..didn't help..going to funeral it took my son and my husband to help me walk..pain continued throughout night went to fmc er Saturday morning..several xrays later, sent me home with crutches and immobilizer on my left leg, with instructions to call PCP monday morning to get order for mri..yes, I thought they would do one then, but they didn't. Called roper wellness this morning and was told that I would need physical therapy before they would order a mri..I have a jacked up right shoulder because of that same response last year..never would even send me for an xray..I told them a few things and that I was tired of dealing with their stupidness and would be finding another pcp, one that actually cares about their patients health. So now I wait for appt with orthopedic doctor that is not needed, by nothing showed on xray..I need a dang MRI.

There are a couple friendly nurses, but otherwise wouldn't take my dog to this place. I've been trying to get a prior authorization for my boyfriend (a medication he's been on for a year now- just needed the yearly p.a.) No one will do anything. Our pharmacy has sent fax after fax. Wellness Center claims to have never gotten them. I've called every day for a week now... They have no record of me even calling. They DO NOT care, whatsoever, about their patients. Them being there is just a way for Roper to save $ somehow, I'm sure.

Dr. Robinson is the best Doctor I have ever had in my 58 years. The whole staff are as nice, professional, and caring as they could possibly be.
