No one was in the office when I arrived. It took them 30 minutes to place me in a room and then another 32 minutes before I left and asked for a refund. PA was in the hall talking as I was in pain waiting in a room. When I finally walked out she stated she was just about to come in and see me. Very unprofessional and unethical to have someone waiting in pain with out attempting to serve them....NEVER again. The PA's name was Meagan.

It’s always nothing shorter than an amazing experience coming to this facility. My nurse Carlissia always makes me feel welcome and ensures that I am 100% comfortable. She gets the job done and makes sure that I’m in and out in a timely manner. She makes the visit worthwhile! We need more nurses like her!

I enjoyed my visit at this facility. It was a great atmosphere and the people were awesome as well! I definitely enjoyed my nurse Carlissia! Not only did she make me feel comfortable but she also had a very caring spirit & does a great job at what she do!

Delacie has such great customer service skills. She treated me with care and was very gentle, and patient with me. She was very thorough and with no time I was out. I highly recommend, if you need to be seen quickly. Go here!

It’s my pleasure to say this facility is nothing short of amazing. My nurse Carlissia was the BEST!! She made sure that all our needs were met and that we were beyond pleased with the services we were provided. I highly recommend this facility for those looking for a family like environment. The facility was clean . Customer service is a 10/10 . The entire staff was welcoming . Delacie was our Medical Assistant for this particular visit. She had a really good attitude and was patient with me. She did an amazing job at explaining the procedure before taking action . The doctor didn’t take long and we also didn’t have a long wait . Thanks Delacie for making this a remarkable visit !

I overall love the atmosphere and environment of this facility. Definitely enjoyed having Ms. Carlissia as my nurse she was very polite and carry herself with profession. You do not see that often in the medical field anymore! Great Job!
